El tour comienza en San Antonio con un cómodo traslado VIP a Playa den Bossa, lo que permite un cruce más corto y suave a Formentera. Los huéspedes se reúnen en el puerto de San Antonio para hacer el registro de entrada con el equipo Oceanbeat. Después de una breve bienvenida e introducción, los viajeros reciben toda la información importante sobre el día antes del traslado VIP.
Un cómodo servicio de traslado VIP lleva a los huéspedes desde San Antonio a Playa den Bossa en unos 20 minutos. Este traslado permite iniciar el recorrido desde la costa sur de Ibiza, creando un viaje en barco mucho más corto y fluido hasta Formentera.
En la famosa playa den Bossa, los huéspedes se encuentran con su guía turístico en Vanilla Beach. Aquí comienza el embarque y la tripulación recibe a todos a bordo con una bebida de bienvenida mientras explica el itinerario del día.
El barco sale y navega por la hermosa costa de Ibiza. Durante la travesía de aproximadamente una hora, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de desayuno, café, cerveza y refrescos mientras se relajan en cubierta. Los viajeros pueden tomar fotos, disfrutar del paisaje y, a veces, incluso avistar delfines.

Después de regresar a Ibiza, un traslado VIP lleva a los huéspedes cómodamente de regreso a San Antonio, completando la experiencia de la isla de día completo.

On the day of the activity, we went to the meeting point that appeared on the ticket and the website. When we arrived, we found two other people waiting, and no one showed up. The company informed us that there had been an error and that they had changed the meeting point at the last minute. We ended up not going on the boat because of their disastrous management; furthermore, we went to the meeting point and were waiting like absolute idiots. I have never felt so deceived, scammed, and belittled in my life.
A total scam. They changed the meeting point and no one notified us. The phone number you can call is inoperative... a huge disappointment... waiting for them to refund the reservation amount for 7 people... and if that is not the case, we will take the appropriate measures.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! We have booked for 7 people. No one came to pick us up at the meeting point you get when you make the reservation because supposedly the meeting point has been changed and they "forgot" to notify us. What a shame. The only day we could. Thanks for nothing. !!!
They never showed up, wasted our morning on some excuse about them not updating the meeting point. Avoid at all costs, refund in process and I expect compensation from Viator.
My two friends and I + another couple waited 1.5 hours for the driver and were hung up on several times by "Oceanbeat Ibiza" over the phone. In addition, we wrote to their TripAdvisor chatbot, where we were promised that this would be cleared up. However, nothing happened here. After 1.5 hours, the information finally came from "Oceanbeat Ibiza" that the excursion was not taking place. We had been looking forward to the excursion so much. This was very disappointing.
A terrible experience; the operator changed the time, location, and activity of our tour just one day beforehand—everything was significantly downgraded. We were left stranded at the departure port and lost a day of our vacation. I do not recommend them due to their irresponsibility.
I would like to rate this boat tour neither good nor bad. But I would like to warn future vacationers. Make sure that you also get what you book here. We also wanted to spend the day on this small boat (which is pictured) and ended up in front of a huge party catamaran. When we brought this up, we were dismissed with the words "we are change the Boat" and they were done with us. When we were then also told on the boat that we should stand because we did not pay an extra €100 for a sun lounger (the loungers cost €100 even below deck), we decided to leave this mass processing. So make sure that you also get what you booked. Because the excursion mentioned here is certainly beautiful and we would have definitely enjoyed it as well. P.S. I booked a tour for myself and 7 friends through the Viator app. I followed Viator's instructions regarding the meeting point, and on the scheduled day and time, nobody showed up. I tried contacting them in every way possible – by phone, WhatsApp, and Viator's chat – but received no response. Besides losing money, I also lost a day of the planned tour. Only after some time did I receive a response from Viator and the company informing me that my tour would be canceled due to weather problems (it was a beautiful, sunny day) and that my money would be refunded. To this day, I remain at a loss. I do not recommend them!!!!
