Laura was our guide and we had a blast with her. Our family ended up being the only ones on the tour, so it was extra fun and laid back. Felt like they tailored it well with advice based on personal experience. We had communication going on at a couple of locations and it felt unhurried and genuine. Laura was great about telling us history as we were walking and gave us a time to take pictures.

We had a lot of great stories, used ghost hunting equipment, and had a fantastic time walking around St Augustine with our guide Coco. She provided some fantastic stories and personal experiences.
Lou was amazing me and my family have done a few of these and never had a tour guide so good was funny helped us off the bus and made this an overall great experience

Ad was not the same as actual event shame on TripAdvisor for poor ad presentation
This is the first time we hear this after so many years on Tripadvisor and Viator. Seems to be some misunderstanding.
My child loved every minute of the tour. She was so excited to have tools to look for ghosts!
I was with a bachelorette party for the tour and there was another bachelorette party there at the same time as us, too. We had the absolute best time and Carl our guide definitely took the tour up a few notches! Honestly, he was the highlight of the tour. He was so knowledgeable and friendly but also funny as can be. We appreciated him telling us history of the places that we didn’t even stop at (like stogies cigar bar) and showing us photos others have taken of sightings! 10/10 recommend the tour - but wear comfy shoes. If you’re reading this Carl.. THEY AIN’T WORTH IT 🤭
Very interesting. New reality that is not TV. One lady had a picture on her phone of a figure leaning against tree.
