This was my husband's first trip to Hawaii so I arranged a lei greeting for him and was not disappointed. She was prompt even with our flight arriving 30 minutes early! Coming down the escalator and seeing her holding the sign with his name was a great memory! She offered directions and general help in getting us on our way :)
Even better than expected! We were greeted upon arrival with beautiful, fresh leis. We even got some directions.
After a long flight into Maui for their first trip to Hawaii, the lei greeting was a pleasant surprise for my parents. As they came down the escalator to baggage claim they saw someone holding a sign with their name. She was pleasant and engaging just enough for my older parents. They enjoyed the welcome and it helped reset the tone for a long travel day. Mahalo

On May 27th 2021 we arrived at OGG in Maui. I had ordered 12 leis, 5 Orchid, 4 Ti leaf and 3 Candy leis. After we grabbed our luggage and went down the stairs, there was Ali's Greeting Service with beautiful smiles and lovely alohas !! This was our 3rd trip to Maui but first time for the Lei Service !! We couldnt have picked a better group of people for this tradition of Aloha !! Thank you again to our beautiful greeters , the leis were stunning !! Your Alohas were so welcoming !!! Mine made it all the way home and is still alive in my frig, can you believe it ???? Thank You ALi GREETING SERVICE !!!!!!!!!! A+++++
After a long flight it was great to be welcomed with a warm Aloha smile! Our greeter was very helpful and took us to baggage claim and also made sure we were able to locate our shuttle service as well. We ordered standard and tuberose leis and they smelled great and we very fresh. Perfect way to start your vacation in paradise!!
