We had a group of kids with us and the guide was fantastic. Gave us tips for navigating the area, shared about Hawaiian history, and made sure we had all the details we needed for giving our kids an understanding of Pearl Harbor and the area.
It was GREAT!!! Very reasonable prices and enough time to explore the exhibits and gift shop. Easy pick up from our hotel. Bus ride from our hotel was fun in the open air and the sites were amazing. We were introduced to Jawaiian music along the way (very relaxing and from local talent too). Plenty of seating on the bus and our driver, Nani Popolo, was fantastic!! His way of relating the history and his story telling were wonderful!! We learned a few facts that we did not know about the day of the attack on Pearl Harbor from him. We had younger grand children with us so the duration of the tour was perfect. Very highly recommend this tour and I would request Nani for your driver!! Aloha!!
Great tour with Waikiki pickup, Honolulu overview and plenty of time at Persl Harbor. Nani Popolo was not only an excellent driver but an excellent and well informed guide. My only criticism, and it is one for the tour company to consider is to make thistour for over 10s only. The noise the babies and kids are making on this tour back while Nani is talking is ridiculous. Not only that, but the parents did not have enough common sense to stay at Pearl Harbor, they decided to takethe babies/kids out to the USS Arizona memorial,totally disrespectful. Perhaps have the driver reiterate the rules when people get back on the bus would be helpful.
