Pasea por esta tranquila calle anterior a la guerra del distrito de Wragg, donde sucedieron tantas cosas y tan poco te das cuenta.
Este muelle tuvo su apogeo en la década de 1940 como uno de los primeros parques de diversiones de la nación. Recientemente renovado, puede recorrer hasta el final, o comprar dentro de la excelente tienda de la playa (que incluye helados y perritos calientes) o incluso tomar una margarita en el Pier 101 Beach Bar (si está abierto).
Camina hasta el final de Folly Beach para ver de cerca el sexto faro más antiguo de los EE. UU. Esto incluye una caminata de ida y vuelta de 3/4 de milla hasta el faro. Necesitamos atravesar una duna de arena para llegar a la playa.
Visitaremos este roble vivo de John's Island de 400-500 años.
La única y más antigua casa de plantación que queda, en su forma original. Si bien no hacemos un recorrido por el interior de la casa, nos detendremos para tomar fotografías y una lección de historia.

Este colegio militar se remonta a la guerra civil. ¡Algunos dicen que incluso lo empezaron!
Camine por la calle de la estación más allá del fuerte, hasta la playa, ¡y llévese una gran sorpresa!
Esta hermosa iglesia fue construida durante la década de 1830 para el Núcleo de Ingenieros del Ejército Irlandés que construía los fuertes en la isla. Viaja en el tiempo a este testamento de supervivencia.

If you are looking to see a great portion of charleston this is your tour. Leanne picked us up at the location she stated in a very comfortable and clean van. We visited many famous and historic sites, all while Leanne explaining all the interesting facts about each site.. Leanne was very informative and pleasant. A great tour to go on!

This was a wonderful trip. You get to see and learn about many interesting places in Charleston. My favorite stop of the day was the Angel Tree.

We did not have a car, so this tour gave us a great amount of information outside of downtown. We got out and walked most places. The old oak is phenomenal. Leeann is great and full of facts about each area
My partner and I really enjoyed this tour. It was an awesome way to explore greater Charleston without renting a car. The Angel Oak Tree and Morris Island Lighthouse are really worth checking out. Leanne was an excellent tour guide and full of historical facts. My only complaint is that pictures were only taken on the tour guides phone. I would have preferred for them to be taken on mine so they would be easier to edit if needed. I would suggest offering this since groups are so small, or at the least take the photos on live. Thank you!
