Cuando esté listo, lo acompañarán al transporte que ha organizado. Salón de Salida (no aplicable a la Llegada) : Después de facturar su vuelo, vaya a la cabina de información de Club Mobay, junto a seguridad e inmigración. Check-in para su acceso al salón y disfrute de un servicio acelerado a través de la seguridad y la inmigración. El salón de salidas Club Mobay se encuentra junto a la Puerta 12. Departure in the Mobay lounge is even better than arrival!! The atmosphere, food and drinks was exceptional so much that I have told everyone I know so they can have this experience as well. We are going back to Jamaica in August and I am making sure all 23 of us have the Mobay experience through Viator!!
Mobay club was worth every penny. We were met upon arrival and escorted swiftly through the airport check points then to Mobay club were we had drinks and snacks in an air-conditioned lounge until our transportation to our hotel had arrived.
Loved it… very smooth. Loved the lounge food was good. Felt welcome. Would definitely use every time I come to Jamaica
Not the first time and won't be the last. Just book it. Davina was wonderful upon arrival. I guided my husband and myself to the lounge on the departure. Service is always excellent and make sure you arrive early enough to enjoy the departure lounge. it's awesome. Food and drinks are included and really tasty. Fresh food was always hitting the buffet. Bartenders are on point! Rohan (sorry I know I spelled it wrong, but he worked departures on Thursday 7/23 around 11 am. we left at 12:20.) Wish I had more time as the longe has been updated from my last visit during hurricane Beryl. Clean restrooms, a children's play area... this place has it all and it's done well. It did get crowded during our departure but that's just the ebb and flow of airport arrivals and departures. They do have another lounge located by gate 7 I believe (please don't quote me on this) All in all, great time and I'll see you guys on y next trip.
ClubMobay is a must if traveling to Jamaica. Upon arrival, we were met at the bottom of the ramp where we were quickly wisked through baggage customs and baggage claim. There were multiple flights coming in and the lines were very long. In no time at all we were at the Club waiting for our ride to Sandals. We waited maybe 5 minutes and we were on our way. The outbound VIP lounge is also a must. When wants to stress out after after a great Vacation? In the lounge there are great comfy chairs, plenty of food, drinks. There are two lounges so you can be close to your departure gate. This is the 6th time we've used them..I would never travel to Jamaica without the bundle. Book early, as seats go fast. Cost is excellent for the value received. Staff is courteous and professional.

The lounge was clean, comfortable, and well organized. There was even a separate family area for those traveling with children. The complimentary food and drinks were very good. We only used the lounge before our departure, but next time I would definitely book it for both arrival and departure. I highly recommend it.

It was well worth the money especially if you have to wait for your flight and are hungry. Plus the food was good and fresh.

Finding Club Mobay departure was not smooth, we had to ask a lot of questions to find it. It should be smooth like the Arrival. I loved the Arrival experience. The food for departure was better than the Arrival. The Arrival food was very watered down and the space felt cramped because of the traffic coming in and going out. However I did appreciate the waitress service. Overall the experience was good but Departure needs more signage, and a guide.
