Faro Les Éclaireurs Durante la navegación nos aproximaremos al emblemático Faro Les Éclaireurs, uno de los paisajes más icónicos del Canal Beagle y símbolo del Fin del Mundo. Desde la cubierta del Velero Ksar podrás disfrutar de una vista privilegiada de este histórico faro construido sobre pequeños islotes rodeados por las aguas australes de Tierra del Fuego. La navegación permite realizar fotografías y videos únicos del faro, los islotes y la fauna marina característica de la región. En este sector es frecuente observar lobos marinos descansando sobre las rocas, además de distintas especies de aves del canal como cormoranes imperiales, gaviotas australes y petreles. La experiencia se realiza únicamente desde el velero, ofreciendo una perspectiva auténtica y segura del paisaje natural patagónico. En este islote no se realiza descenso ni desembarco, permitiendo preservar el entorno natural y la fauna del lugar.
Isla de los Pájaros Durante la navegación recorreremos la famosa Isla de los Pájaros, uno de los puntos de mayor concentración de aves marinas del Canal Beagle. Desde la cubierta del Velero Ksar podrás observar y fotografiar distintas especies que habitan las aguas australes de Tierra del Fuego en su entorno natural. Entre las aves más frecuentes se encuentran los cormoranes imperiales y cormoranes roqueros, fácilmente reconocibles por sus colonias sobre los islotes. También es habitual avistar gaviotas australes, skúas, petreles, gaviotines sudamericanos y palomas antárticas volando alrededor del canal. La experiencia se realiza únicamente desde el velero, permitiendo disfrutar del paisaje y de la fauna marina sin alterar el equilibrio natural del lugar. Un escenario ideal para fotografía de naturaleza y observación de aves en el Fin del Mundo.
Islas Bridges y Lobos Marinos Durante la navegación por el Canal Beagle nos acercaremos al sector de las Islas Bridges, un entorno natural privilegiado donde es frecuente observar lobos marinos en su hábitat natural. Desde la cubierta del Velero Ksar podrás contemplar a estos increíbles animales descansando sobre las rocas o nadando en las aguas australes del Fin del Mundo. En esta región habitan principalmente lobos marinos de uno y dos pelos, especies características del Canal Beagle y de las costas patagónicas. Su comportamiento curioso y la cercanía que permite la navegación convierten este momento en una experiencia única para fotografía y observación de fauna marina. Rodeadas de montañas, bosques fueguinos y aguas cristalinas, las Islas Bridges ofrecen uno de los paisajes más auténticos de Ushuaia. La navegación se realiza respetando el entorno natural y manteniendo una distancia adecuada para preservar la tranquilidad de la fauna.

Maxi and el Tano, two pros. The whole excursion was something unique. More than an excursion, it is an outing among friends. From the first moment everything is super pleasant; right away they offered us coffee, tea, or mate. They are not talking to you and filling you with information the whole time, but whatever you ask them, both Maxi and el Tano take all the time in the world to answer you and tell you what they know, without rushing. We went to see the sea lions and, with the sailboat Ksar, they literally got right up to the sea lion islet. Since there was no wind and the engine could barely be heard, we were able to enjoy the sea lions up close, a spectacular experience. Something very similar happened on the islet next door with the birds. Afterward we went to a shelter, where we tied up the sailboat. We went down to explore the island and see the shelter, while Maxi kept telling us a lot of things. At the same time, Tano was finishing preparing an appetizer platter that was waiting for us when we returned to the sailboat, nice and warm and ready to keep enjoying. We stayed for a good while eating the appetizer platter while Tano finished dinner. Another genius: super tender and juicy meat, accompanied by vegetables and a salad. And since we already know that my youngest daughter is not a big fan of that type of food (and Maxi had already asked us at the time of booking the excursion, everything to treat us), some empanadas were waiting especially for her. Those kinds of details say a lot. We ate peacefully, stayed chatting, and when we realized it, it was already midnight. We started getting everything ready to go to sleep, with the lullaby of the sailboat, which for me is always part of the magic of sailing. The next day a tremendous breakfast awaited us. We all had breakfast as a family and Maxi joined us, while Tano took us back toward the port. I love sailing, and especially doing it on a sailboat. Until recently a friend had one and I learned a lot from him. But Maxi left me speechless when the time came to dock. He went straight into the dock and, in an instant, with an impressively smooth maneuver, he turned the sailboat sideways and left it perfectly moored without practically using the engine, taking advantage of the boat's momentum. A maneuver worth seeing. The trip had only one problem: I was left wanting more. But not because Maxi or Tano fell short; quite the opposite. They did absolutely everything to ensure the experience exceeded every expectation. You can tell when someone does things because they enjoy them, and they convey that in every moment of the excursion.
Unique sailing experience in Ushuaia, ideal for those seeking something different from mass tourist tours. Maxi and Gustavo "el Tano" are true sailors and navigators, with a wealth of experience at sea. Besides being excellent people, they are very attentive guides always willing to explain everything: from the technical aspects of navigation and the tour to the history and characteristics of the natural environment, as well as sea experiences and stories. The sailboat is very well equipped, comfortable, and has all the necessary safety equipment. We set sail from the port at dawn, enjoying incredible landscapes. We passed by the lighthouse and reached an island in the middle of the Beagle Channel, where we took a beautiful walk with the group. During the tour, they told us many interesting things about the island, its history, and the natural environment. Additionally, the snack was delicious and very plentiful. Don't miss it if you want to return home eager to continue experiencing the sea and sailing at the End of the World, enjoying the authentic sailor spirit. 10/10!
