Safari por el desierto de Dubái con paseo en camello, espectáculo, barbacoa y traslados

This was the worst desert safari experience I have ever had in Dubai. I have been on several before with other operators, all of which were safe, welcoming, and enjoyable. This one was the complete opposite. From the start it was disorganised and uncomfortable: we were left in a stifling hot room with no briefing, pressured into buying scarves that were never listed as required, and constantly upsold extras like falcon photos and sand jars. The quad biking was unsafe from the outset. There weren’t enough vehicles or helmets, and those provided didn’t fit. We were even told not to fasten them because they “cause a rash.” The guide shouted aggressively throughout, rushing the group in a hostile manner, which created considerable anxiety. Matters escalated when two female guests were singled out, shouted at, and then forced into the guide’s car, taken away alone, and returned later with no explanation. This was deeply distressing and raises very serious safeguarding concerns. The “upgrade” dinner was another disappointment: no private area, poor quality food (including mouldy fruit), and unsafe, filthy toilets where the lights were even turned off mid-use, terrifying my autistic son. The only positive was the dune bashing driver, who was friendly and welcoming. Everything else felt unsafe, intimidating, and like a deliberate scam. I cannot recommend this company. For safety and safeguarding reasons alone, please choose another operator. Our party already raised this with staff who returned with a bullying/threatening email littered with lies and inconsistencies. I expect a similar response on here. So book with caution.

It was a fun and exhilirating experience. The 4x4 ride, the live show... We wanted to have more time to do the sand boarding but our guide only gave us 1 chance each to do it.

The coordination was great and pick up was on time. Would highly recommend them! The team was very professional and made everyone relaxed during the trip especially in the desert.

ABC Tours SAFARI tour was amazing. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious. We did the VIP table service, and it was well worth the extra $15usd. We really enjoyed our excursion with ABC Tours.

Good excursion. Hotel pickup and drop-off. A bit long but fun. Nice driver. Great shows. Good value and service. Do it you will like it.

Best experience ever. Our driver Ansar was very professional and friendly. He really knew how to show is have a good time. The car was clean and new. We were sharing a car with 3 other guys. The staff at the camp were wonderful and respectful. They really catered for our needs. The quad biking was super fun and the staff always made sure we were safe. The food was very yummy and very plentiful. We paid extra for VIP room which included the fans. Also paid for a professional photograph which came in a souvenir wallet. Food was then brought up to us instead of us going to the buffet. The entertainment was good. I liked how there were no more than 20 people all together. Luckily I wore sandels as the sand gets everywhere.

Decided to get an ATV tour, camel ride, watch a fire show along with a desert ride. All of the activities were awesome! It was a bit hot outside but nothing to complain about. Take sunscreen and cash, not card if possible. You would have the opportunity to purchase traditional clothing to ride the camel and go on the ATV tour. You can also take pictures with a hawk.

This was a great experience. Our tour guide was fun and knowledge. Very comfortable vehicle. I would definitely recommend.
