Nuestro guía nos ayudará a detectar algunos de estos animales mientras flotamos río abajo en busca de nuestro objetivo principal: los cocodrilos, hay una población importante de estos gigantes que viven en este río. Te sumergirás en un ecosistema especial: el Bosque Seco de Galería, con ceibas gigantes, higos, caucho y árboles costeros que albergan muchas especies de animales como monos, murciélagos, lagartijas, pájaros, iguanas y más. Este viaje es una combinación de increíble tranquilidad más un poco de aventura cuando pasa por algunos rápidos muy seguros de clase 1 o 2, una excelente manera de disfrutar sus días de vacaciones en Guanacaste. Flotando aproximadamente 2 horas en un bote balsa, por el río Corobicí o Tenorio (dependiendo del nivel del agua), te sumergirás en un ecosistema especial: El Bosque Seco de Galería, con gigantes ceibas, higueras, caucho y árboles de ribera que alberga muchas especies de animales como monos, murciélagos, lagartijas, pájaros, iguanas y más. Nuestro guía nos ayudará a detectar algunos de estos animales mientras flotamos río abajo en busca de nuestro objetivo principal: los cocodrilos, hay una población importante de estos gigantes que viven en este río. Después del safari flotante, el recorrido continúa hasta la Cascada Llanos de Cortés, a la que se accede descendiendo por un sendero con aproximadamente 74 escalones. Esta hermosa cascada, rodeada de bosque tropical, ofrece un ambiente agradable para disfrutar de un refrescante baño o simplemente relajarse en un paisaje tranquilo lleno de vegetación y sonidos naturales.

Stevenson our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Adrian our driver was safe and courteous. We were up with close bats, crocodiles ,egrets, lizards, howler monkeys and osprey. Our Captain Alberth (Colon) was super at guiding through the rapids and calm river and providing up close photo ops. We were served delicious local pineapple and beverages after our tour. We had a tasty lunch at Rincon Coribici Restaurant. Wonderful food, excellent service and a beautiful view!
This was easily my favorite excursion of our trip! We used it as a break between our drive from Arenal to Tamarindo. Norman was our driver and was so kind and personable! Our float guides, Jose and Josef (father/son duo), were so knowledgeable and fun to talk to while we were floating down the river! It was so nice and the food after was delicious!
Very enjoyable trip was amazing rafting down the river with the guide showing us all the wildlife saw lots of Birds, Lizards and Crocodiles. Very easy conditions for children and really well looked after by the guide. Had a fantastic lunch overlooking the river and a trip to the waterfall on the way back. Had the tour to ourselves.
What an amazing experience! Our guide was so incredibly knowledgeable and told us so much about Costa Rica, la fortunate and mostly about nature! We got to see howler monkeys, capuchins, bats, sloths, birds and much more! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see animals in their natural habitat! You will not be disappointed!
It was a tour through cruse ship, Royal Princess. We were taken to the stating point and restaurant. where we had brief orientation. We were 6 plus our guide and pilot on a zodiac boat. There were about 8 such boats launched with us. It was very clam slow flowing river at this time of the year. (March 2019)
