The 30-minute break in the Bedouin camp was wonderful. Once the quad engines were turned off, the absolute silence of the desert was stunning. The traditional hot tea they served was incredibly refreshing despite the desert heat.
We booked the 4:00 PM sunset session, and it was pure magic. Watching the harsh desert sun slowly dip behind the jagged Sinai peaks while riding our quad bikes was a sensory overload. The changing colors of the sky were breathtaking.
My 17-year-old drove his own quad bike and handled it easily. The bikes are fully automatic and very stable on the sand. Perfect activity if you want an off-road adventure without needing a driving license.
The echo mountain stop was a highlight for the kids. They had a blast shouting into the canyons. It’s a well-paced tour that balances fast riding with a couple of nice, relaxing breaks.
I had never driven an ATV before and was pretty nervous, but the controls are incredibly simple—just a thumb throttle and a brake. The instructor gave a quick, clear briefing and I felt confident within five minutes.
