We booked our tour with the expectation of it being a great time, we couldn’t have been more disappointed. I contacted the company via what’s app after and was promised a refund and that they would contact Viator and confirm. They didn’t. This company is unprofessional and below is a summary of our experience. - We were picked up 90 minutes late - We didn’t get picked up in land cruisers - We didn’t get 30-40 minutes on the sand dunes in land cruisers, we had about 5 minutes - We didn’t get a camel ride - We didn’t get any time on the dunes for photos as it was night time by the time we were taken to the dunes - It was nighttime by the time we got to the dunes - We didn’t have an English speaking guide - fortunately other guest on the tour could translate for us and arranged for the tour guide to take us all home early. In total 10 people left due to the disappointing tour. - There was no communication about what was going on - There was no structure or organization I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a safari, we did. We booked a second safari with Desert Gate through our concierge and they were great; prompt, professional and provided a great safari.

Everything about this tour was amazing. Mohammed was very patient with us and answered every question. He did an awesome job with driving us there and explaining what is going to happen. I would definitely recommend him and would use this company again.
We have been with a driver Muhammad, excellent service, very caringand friendly, know a lot about Dubai and attractions around, also told us a lot about every building we asked The best guide weve ever experienced. The ATVs were much better than in other destinations, quite big area to drive. Landcruiser was very comfortable during the dune bashing. Show was beautiful, i think everybody should take a time a visit desert with this guy.

We had a really good time at jeep safari . The tour guide was good . We left our pics of dessert safari in the car , he drop them after later which was kind of him .

It's an awesome experience...the sand dune drive was exhilarating....a unique ride on the camel was exciting...then the finale program with the fire and circling colorful dancers .....and at the same time the unlimited foods and drinks being served were great.....adventuors trip Thanks Clifton Tours
