Safari de 7 días : Masai mara, Lago Nakuru, Lago Naivasha & Amboseli

We booked a 7Days safari with Dream voyage safaris based in Nairobi for honeymoon trip and everything was perfectly planned including the accommodations and the safari. We managed to tick the big five along with so many other wildlife species. The accommodations options on the mid range option were superb, we really enjoyed our stays at the camps after each day on safari. We highly recommend them for Safaris in Kenya. Stanton

As a couple of workmates we booked this safari operated by dream voyage safaris a Kenyan safari company based in Nairobi kenya, we opted for the 6 days safari starting in Amboseli and ending in Masai Mara with Naivasha visit in be tween. Amboseli was hot and dry but the views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the big herds of elephants graced our game drives, Lake Naivasha was lovely and scenic though rainy, Masai Mara visit was the highlight, massive herds of migrating animals quite a number of the big cats, this was the park that we loved the most. Accommodations options were superb we stayed at camps just outside the park to save on cost all excellent to our expectations and standards. All in all this is a safari that we can recommend, go with mid range or luxury if possible accommodation options play a big role while on safari and opt for the landcruiser option as it’s comfortable.

We took a private 7 day safari with Moses which included Amboseli NP, Lake Nakuru NP, Masai Mara Conservacy and Masai Mara NP in July 2025 as a party of four. Booking this tour ourselves from Australia without knowing any tour operators in Kenya or ever having been to the country was a little nerve-racking initially; we wanted to make sure our tour company was legit. We found that Dream Voyage Safaris is a member of KATO and this was very reassuring. And Moses was always reliable and contactable during our initial enquiries which was one of the main reasons we decided to go with his company. I'm so glad we did, we couldn't have been happier. Moses was our guide and Dan was our driver and expert Masai animal spotter. The trip was amazing. Its evident that both of these gentlemen are passionate about what they do. We spotted all of the big 5. We also got to see lions stalking their prey, a leopard and her cub playing, as well as so many lions, baffalo, wilderbeast, impala, gazelle, zebras, elephants and giraffe. We also got to see cheetahs, lions, vultures, leopards and hyenas all feasting on their prey. We saw rhinos in Amboseli and also saw baboons as we drove past the rift valley. Dan is an expert driver. He is also an expert at spotting the animals, I don't know how he does it but he is able to spot groups of the most elusive animals at a great distance while driving through the parks. Moses is so knowledgeable on all the animals and its clear that he and Dan know the herds and their numbers intimately, even knowing the names of some animals. The landcruiser we used was very comfortable for the long drives with convenient pockets everywhere for our waterbottles, binoculars etc and a pop up roof. Moses was professional at all times whilst being easy going and very approachable. We always felt safe during our time on safari and even throughout Kenya for that matter. Nothing was a problem, I always felt he was there to help if we needed anything. He helped us with a few situations which went beyond the scope of what was expected. Moses is a man of integrity and I felt I could put my trust in him. I would have no hesitation in recommending his tours to anyone who is considering travel to this area of Africa. Review about our 8 Days Kenya safari with Dream voyage safaris, We booked this safari through an Agent based in China, we were researching for an Affordable African safari for our holiday and we were offered this holiday. The Company representative Moses was very efficient in answering our inquiries and throughout the booking process, initially we wanted to stay at lodges inside the parks to maximize our time inside the park but most were booked up and we were provided alternative lodges just outside the park, we only got 1 lodge in Nakuru inside the park as it had availabilities on our dates of travel and the lodge was booked for us, The other lodges we stayed at were La Maison Royale Camp Masai mara - 3 Nights just outside Masai mara in a private conservancy which has wildlife, Lake Nakuru Lodge - 1 Night the lodge was located inside Lake Nakuru on a hill overlooking the lake, Lake Naivasha Resort - 1 Night, the lodge is just on the shores of Lake Naivasha the lodge has their own boats and a hippo feeding session and Sopa lodge in Amboseli - 1 night several kilometers from Kimana gate, of 4 Sopa Lodge was the best, the lodge was nicely decorated and had unobstructed views of mount Kilimanjaro which was very scenic!! In 2 of the lodges a bonfire was put for us each evening with Masai dancers entertaining us in 1 of the night. The safari itself was very nice, our driver and guide Mr Dan who was a Masai made our safari even much better, he was very nice, my kids loved his unique attire and Decorations, he taught as many Masai songs and words and in the end of our safari he took us to a Masai boma near Masai mara where we learnt alot about the Masai people, on the road he was very careful, we had read bad reputation of how bad roads were in Africa but after several days our fear melted away, all the roads we used were in good condition only in the parks were the roads rough as their were dirt roads. In all the places we visited locals were very friendly and welcoming, kenyan children loved us and would occasionally request for sweets, wish we had some, we felt so 😔. Our travel in Kenya coincided with the great wildebeest migration in Masai mara and we were lucky to see several river crossings which was the highlight of this safari. Our experience with Dream V safaris was absolutely incredible from the start to end. Moses Wagura, who planned our safari was so patient with all of our million questions. He also made sure each lodge and camps were the best, Throughout the trip we received all the support we could have imagined off and we stayed at the best lodges and camps. During the trip, Moses maintained constant communication and helped on any issue we had. The team made this trip possible. Every detail was covered and for once, I really didn’t have to worry about anything on a trip…I just sat back and enjoyed it. The safari itself: the safari landcruiser was so big and spacious 8 seats for 4 people, My family and I were delighted to have the entire vehicle to ourselves for the 7 Days . I was also happy that we were given at least 2 litres of bottled water everyday as it was so hot during the days. Now to our guide Jackson who really made the trip. Our Driver Jackson was such a good driver and a big fan of wildlife and he was able to answer every single question that we asked and shared so much about his personal life being a masai he had a lot of knowledge about wildlife and what life was like living in Masai mara amidst Wildlife. He was an advocate for us and at every check in he made sure the camp knew about my husband's dietary requirements, on the entire trip stomach were all taken care of, the camps had plenty of food for vegetarians and we felt at home everytime. Will be recommending Dream V Safaris to anyone interested in visiting kenya!

We had a safari dream of our life! The safari company went above and beyond to offer us the best of Kenya safari in 7 days as advertised we stayed at the best mid range lodges just outside the park, and visited 3 destinations Masai mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Nairobi national park and Amboseli, the tour was organized as indicated on the website, thanks to the team and our able driver who was also our guide who did an amazing job to show us the parks and their many wildlife species, with our guide we were able to find the elusive Rhinos and Leopards that so many people often miss, i would say our guide was the best and the safari company excellent. Our safari was on a rainy month and after reading several news on flooding in Kenya we had to postpone our Safari by 3 weeks as cancellation was not possible, we approached our flight company and the safari company who were all considerate and they changed our safari dates at no extra cost to the end of May when the flooding had eased up, thank you very Moses and the team at Dream Voyage safaris kenya.
