El parque de la mitología griega se encuentra en el pueblo de Psychro en el Municipio de Lassithi Plateau. Cerca de la Cueva de Dikteo, que según el Mito Zeus nació, Dios de los antiguos griegos. Incluye temas relacionados con la tradición de la mitología griega, la civilización minoica y la vida rural de Creta.
En la plaza del pueblo de Krasi, hay tres plátanos, las marcas registradas del pueblo. El más importante de ellos es el platan en el centro de la plaza, que se considera el más antiguo y majestuoso de los plátanos de Creta.
Pasando por el bosque más grande de la isla, donde las carreteras son inexistentes, y las montañas alcanzan una altura de 1.500 metros, habrá una parada de refresco en un kafenión local.
En Kritsa, que es un pueblo tradicional de montaña baja, se puede dar un pequeño paseo para ver las tiendas de artesanía locales y tiene tiempo para una parada de refresco.

What an amazing incredible experience we had going up the mountains with our tour guide English Chris so knowledgeable! And taught us so much on our journey ! When me and my family got back to hotel we all said what an amazing day we had ! A great trip to start the holiday to learn about Crete and history of Crete and sampling local produce and seeing the goats at top of mountain were incredible views were breathtaking! I can highly recommend this trip to anyone and please put request in for English Chris as he played a massive part in the day being so amazing !he’s a credit to safari crete and we can’t wait to come back soon and book another trip when we’re back in Crete!!!! We had a wonderful tour yesterday with our tour guide Geoff. We drove through some amazing scenery on the island of Crete. We visited an olive oil factory and had a nice traditional Greek lunch. We also had some scenic stops along the way. Geoff was very knowledgeable of the island and shared a lot of the culture, history and agriculture. He also had a great sense of humor. He treated our group to a wonderful day. Best tour since we have been here.

This is the second time that we have done this trip. Gary is a great guide. He had lots of local knowledge and we learned some new facts about some of the local customs. The views were spectacular and the meal was excellent. We will certainly do this trip again on our next trip.

Absolutely fantastic! Gary the GOAT killer is an absolute legend. He made our trip 100 times better - funny, knowledgeable and incredibly entertaining! We visited in May but completely forgot to leave a review until now. The trip was worth every penny, especially with a guide like Gary leading the way! Highly recommend the whole trip!

The journey through the mountains was a fantastic experience from the start. The information provided to us was very detailed. Our dear guide Thomas is simply wonderful. Anyone who books it will not be disappointed; ask for Thomas. The food in a tavern was also excellent and typically Greek.

Booked this via Jet2. An excellent day out and well worth the money. Our driver, Geoff, was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional and personable. The tour included a trip around an olive oil factory and an excellent Cretan lunch. The goats en route were stars, as was “Samson” our Landrover Defender. Geoff picked local wild herbs for us to smell and sample. A great way to learn about the history, culture and cuisine of Crete and explore Crete beyond the northern tourist strip. The trip inspired us to hire a car and explore the south of the island. Thank you!

Loved our Land Rover tour through the Crete countryside and highlands. The tour picked us up where our cruise ship docked. Our driver, Chris, was excellent. Knew a lot about the island including flora and fauna. We had a nice lunch at a taverna and made stops in picturesque villages and scenic spots. We sampled olive oil and the local "moonshine". Crete is really lovely-a great way to get out of the touristy areas to see the countryside.
