Interesting to see the landscape from the water and we got to see flying fish, Portuguese man o wars, and dolphins! It was A fun morning!
The experience was amazing. The staff was attentive to the details and very polite. The views that we could see were amazing.
Overall excellent experience. Nice dry ride. Great pics of the caves and coastline. Couple dings because the 2 hr trip was an hour and 40 minutes and there was no meeting instruction other than an address to a huge marina. “Look for the Expedition office” would make it easy to find.
We had an awesome time! Very fun and kind crew, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend.
The tour was outstanding, informative and such gorgeous cliffs! My gps had some trouble getting me there but a local man hopped in my car for the last few blocks to show me the way. The tour manager was excellent as were the captain and the guide.
Thank you so so much Noreen, and for coming back a second time, that truly means everything to us! We're so glad the cliffs didn't disappoint, and we love that a local jumped in to help you find us, that's the Azores spirit right there. Hope to have you on board for a third time someday!
Great experience! We had such an amazing time. The staff is soooo friendly friendly and attentive. We also learned a lot about the island.
Thank you so much Marie! So happy you had an amazing time, comments like yours make it all worth it. Hope to see you back in São Miguel someday!
We didn’t book with this company initially but I’m so glad we got bumped over to them due to lack of enrollment for our initial tour. AG Expeditions had a fantastic price, the nicest, most helpful employees, and knowledgeable friendly guides and captain. I will be recommending this tour with AG to friends who are going to Sao Miguel in August!
Thank you so so much Christine! Sometimes the best discoveries happen by chance, so glad you ended up with us. It was a pleasure having you on board and we hope to see you back in São Miguel someday!

We had an amazing boat tour along the coastline and caves of São Miguel in the Azores. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning rock formations, beautiful caves, and incredible views of the island from the water. A special thank you to Captain Natalia, who was fantastic throughout the trip. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable while navigating the coastline. Our guide and host, Diago, made the experience even more memorable. He was fun, engaging, and entertaining, sharing interesting information about the area while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. The combination of spectacular scenery, excellent organization, and a wonderful crew made this one of the highlights of our visit to São Miguel. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Azores from the sea!

If you fancy spending a couple have hours learning about the island whilst on a rip speed boat then this is for you. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The crew were fantastic, even when he dropped his hat into the sea, so we got an impromptu 360 spin in the boat. The scenery was amazing and the skills of the captain the get us up close and personal was fantastic. I’d highly recommend this trip.
