Itinerario
Como isla, Lanzarote está rodeada de playas salvajes, prácticamente vírgenes y con poco oleaje. En algunas de ellas el agua está tan en calma que incluso aparecen piscinas naturales. Los rompeolas y la lava solidificada en parte de su costa han provocado, además, la formación de pozas y charcos a orillas del mar donde ponerse a remojo y olvidarse del tiempo.
Observaremos desde el Mirador de Las salinas de Janubio. Luego bajaremos a ver las lagunas de sal de cerca y pasaremos por la tienda donde pueden adquirir sales naturales de Janubio. Estas salinas, son las más extensas de las Islas Canarias y constituyen un alto valor arquitectónico y cultural. Hoy en día continúan produciendo el oro blanco que le llamaban, la sal, que fue esencial en la economía de la isla hasta no hace muchas décadas. Se encuentran en una laguna creada por erupciones volcánicas que originaron una barrera de la lava frente al mar donde también fué creada por la naturaleza la playa negra de salinas, de arena y rocas pequeñitas y negras que contrastan con la espuma blanca con la que el mar acaria su orilla.
Iremos a la playa negra de Janubio, donde nos sorprenderemos de observar las grandes rocas de lava llenas de piedras verdes preciosas llamadas Olivina, la cristalización de la lava al contraste con el mar creó esta maravilla de color verde Lanzarote, y en ocasiones rojo fuego. Un paseo por esta playa encontrando tesoros será muy relanjante y una gran experiencia.
El Bar de tapas Stop de Yaiza, es uno de los sitios que no deben perderse, las tapas son recetas de 1890 y los vinos Malvasia volcánica es de la casa, haremos una parada para comer algunas tapitas y reponer las fuerzas.
La increíble zona de vinos denominada La Geria es el espéctaculo para la vista de mayor ingenio que ofrece la isla, los agricultores diseñaron una forma de desenterrar sus plantas cubiertas de cenizas de volcán que al mismo tiempo ha creado una vista única de sus campos. visitaremos las bodegas, la cata es libre y no incluida en el precio.

Lola is absolutely AMAZING! There was a confusion with my booking - I somehow booked when she wasn’t even doing the tour that day; Lola went out of her way to come out and do a tour for me and my boyfriend alone! It was such a fun day, she is so knowledgeable about the island, and she is honestly the sweetest woman either of us have ever met! It felt like we were just out with a family member. We also did some things not mentioned in the tour just for fun, like going and seeing the rare flamingos on the salt flats, and stopping at a local market that we passed. The entire day was magical, the wines were lovely, the tapas was AMAZING even though I am a picky eater, finding olivina at the black beach was so much fun, and Los Charcones was the most magical of all, where Lola made sure to help us walk down safely and took so many nice pictures and videos of us. She was genuinely so much fun, and it didn’t feel like a tour at all - She is so friendly to everybody, and everyone knows her and makes sure to greet you warmly!! I would 1000% recommend, it is worth the money and much more. Will 100% be coming back just to see Lola and her dogs!! <33

Lola is the best!! She is as unique as her island. Touring with her gave us all a love for the island and a true feeling of what it has to offer. From the gorgeous hidden pools, to black sand beaches and amazing food. We loved our tour.
