Explora el centro histórico en una ruta guiada a pie, acompañado de nuestro guía oficial y descubre la historia más interesante de la ciudad, así como sus edificios históricos, iglesias y casas señoriales. Pasea por las animadas calles del centro, el Parque del Mar, el Ayuntamiento y la Plaza Mayor. En este recorrido visitarás la catedral de Mallorca, de estilo gótico. Podrás admirar la belleza de su interior, en gran parte originada por la luz que se proyecta a través de sus rosetones y ventanales. La catedral de Mallorca domina la bahía de Palma y es icono del patrimonio histórico y cultural de la isla.

Yesterday, Friday, June 26, Our guide Yvan was fantastic. We toured the old town and the cathedral. Excellent in all his explanations.
Pros - Good sightseeing around the city (old town) Visiting inside cathedral (part of tour) Cons - Crackly head phones, so couldn’t really hear the walking guide half the time. If you did it wasn’t very loud Long winded Most of the time you’re walking around the old town and not actually in the cathedral Overall okay for something to do, and if you’re interested in history.
Initially, the meeting was at 8:00 AM in front of the hotel; he arrived at 8:10, not in front of the hotel as the excursion coordinator indicated. The cathedral guide, Esteban, was super nice. As for the departure guide, JAIME, it was pitiful; on the return, we had a meeting at 4:30 PM, and I waited for him since 4:15 PM in front of the cathedral, but he never showed up. I had to contact CITYEXPERIENCE; the customer service representative informed me that they did not wait for me. This is unacceptable.

A very beautiful experience; our guide, I’m sorry I don’t remember the name, was excellent and explained everything very well during the entire visit to the cathedral, and especially had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend going there.
Jan was a great guide, informative and easy to understand. Extensive tour of the city without feeling rushed. Good way to get oriented for a short trip. Good value for the time spent.

Poorly organized at the starting point, 44 participants for the tour, Spanish guide with a less than ideal voice, no technical aids, didn't understand anything. We (and others) ran away in the cathedral. Absolutely not recommended.
The cathedral As that is all there was. It was supposed to be entrance to cathedral and old town. This did not transpire. Tour Started late.
