En primer lugar, nuestros vehículos son Land Cruisers 4x4 safari diseñados específicamente para el terreno de Tanzania. Eso significa un manejo suave en caminos accidentados, cruces de ríos y rutas de parques profundos donde los vehículos regulares simplemente no pueden ir. La comodidad también es importante. Tenemos asientos espaciosos, grandes techos emergentes para ver la vida silvestre 360° y asientos de ventana garantizados, para que nadie se pierda a ese león debajo del árbol de acacia o los elefantes cruzando justo en frente de ti. También nos centramos en gran medida en la fiabilidad y la seguridad. Nuestros vehículos son mantenidos regularmente, equipados con radiocomunicación, botiquines de primeros auxilios y conducidos por guías locales experimentados que conocen los parques de adentro hacia afuera, no solo a dónde ir, sino cuándo estar allí. Y luego están los pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia : puertos de carga para sus dispositivos, una nevera para bebidas frías, interiores limpios, y atención al detalle para que su viaje se sienta premium, no básico.

This company is a scam. A few weeks ago, after arriving in Kilimanjaro, I paid for a trip, but Musa Bashiri Mushi took my money and disappeared. The police are still searching for him. He is a liar and a thief, and according to others, he has alcohol-related issues. He does not have a TALA license to operate any tours. Please be cautious—if you're planning a trip to Tanzania for Kilimanjaro or a safari, double-check everything. Do not trust just anyone. I'm going to add his photo with the driver.
We take all feedback seriously, but we must firmly respond to these false accusations. First, we are a legally registered tour operator and we do have a valid TALA license. In fact, this is one of the reasons the guest chose to contact and book with us in the first place. Suggesting that we operate without a license is completely false and misleading. Second, no payment was ever successfully completed. The guest only had Chinese Yuan (CNY), and we were unable to process or exchange that currency at the time. We drove around trying to assist him in finding a solution, but he refused to use an ATM to withdraw cash in an acceptable currency. Since no valid payment was made, we returned him safely to his hotel and clearly informed him that once proper payment was arranged, we could proceed with the tour. After that, we received no further communication from him. It is therefore completely incorrect to claim that any money was taken. If any payment had been made, there would be an invoice or receipt to prove it. Additionally, the guest repeatedly pressured us to carry a drone on Mount Kilimanjaro without the required permits. Flying drones there without official authorization is illegal and strictly prohibited by park regulations. As a responsible and licensed operator, we refused to participate in any illegal activity. We stand by our professionalism, integrity, and compliance with Tanzanian tourism regulations. We encourage anyone with concerns to contact us directly for clarification.
Kilimanjaro trek via Marangu Route was perfectly organized. The guides were supportive and knowledgeable, and reaching Uhuru Peak was a dream come true.The entire trip was well organized from start to finish, with excellent communication and attention to detail. The guides were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Mussa is a SCAM. We met with him and things got pretty weird, pretty quickly. He wpuld not accept bank transfer he insisted on me going to the bank to get all the cash out. The night before he asked for 250,000 shillings after id already paid my 200US deposit. He asked me for fuel money. We asked to meet our group before the hike which he refused. He said they were staying at another hotel. We called and asked and the hotel had no record of these people. The only cost he incurred was the transfer and 2 nights accommodation with our $200US deposit. When we cancelled due to no trust and this feeling like a scam he then refused to pay for the hotel. You will notice a few months ago (refer review below) someone else has had a similar experience Do not go with Mussa

However, I would like to clarify that you never actually went on a Kilimanjaro climb with me or my company. You only made a $200 USD deposit, which was used to cover the car transfer from Arusha to Moshi, several hours of local arrangements and visits around Moshi from afternoon until late evening, and part of the hotel reservation. You later decided to cancel your trip before making the final payment, even though we had already spent time and fuel preparing for your climb. The amount paid was not enough to cover all those costs. When you chose not to continue, I simply asked you to settle your own accommodation since the remaining balance (which was never paid) would have covered it. You were originally joining another group, but those climbers upgraded to a private Lemosho Route expedition and declined to share their climb — something beyond my control. I respected your decision to find another operator and wished you well. It is therefore not fair to call this a scam. We are a registered Tanzanian operator specializing in private and customized climbs and safaris, and we always handle our guests with honesty and professionalism.
