Selecciona la recogida en el hotel en cualquier dirección en un radio de 5km del centro de Ciudad del Cabo o de Stellenbosch (disponible si reservas al menos 2 días antes de la fecha de salida). We had the most amazing tour from Friday to Sunday, and our guide Denver made the whole experience unforgettable. He told us so much about Cape Town, the culture, and the people, which made the trip even more special. We had Isaac as a guide for our 3 day! A once in a decade storm decided to try and ruin our trip. But Isaac went out of his way to move things around to make the most of our three day experience. We traded the kayaking, and zip lining day for an extra safari day which was way worth it! Did cost a little more money but that was expected. Isaac picked out dinner locations every night and boy does he know where to eat! Every place we stayed and every place we had dinner was amazing. Very busy tour with a lot of driving. A lot of options made communications difficult as guide offered solutions which were not followed. Tour pickup was late as office did not inform us of changes. Tour tried to be all things to all people—not possible on this busy tour.

Regarding optional activities, there are two choices on the tour: one day offers adrenaline-filled bungy jumping or a lighter option (bridge zipline or forest walk), and another day offers observing elephants in their natural habitat or free time to relax at the nearby lodge. We’re sorry if this was not clearly communicated by the guide, as per itinerary documentation. This tour offer complimentary hotel pickup. Very balanced experience and great choice Of accommodations. Ulrich was a great guide and the group size was ideal. The only thing I would change of the tour would be to give an option to those that don’t want to do Bungy Jumping to stay at their accomodations and have some free time, because it is a long drive and wait for those who opt out of the activity. The safari was the highlight of the trip and rightfully so, the place is beautiful, very premium experience. Also, all of the places where we stopped to rest were fantastic choices and it adds to the great experience. This is Ulrichs great work showing with every detail!

From the moment of pick up to drop off, I was in my happy place. We had a small group and they made the trip so much more enjoyable. We couldn't of asked for a better guide in Deven. I have been on many guided tours and he is a wonderful guide and person. We all felt welcomed by him. He had a sence of humour that endearing. We would award even more stars if possible! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our guide Gerhard was by far the best and warmest guide you could wish for. We really didn't make it easy for him: I was sick with flu for two days, and Gerhard took incredibly caring care – interrupted his breaks and even took me to the shelter earlier so I could rest. In addition, I unfortunately forgot my AirPods in the last accommodation, and also here Gerhard took care of it immediately and picked them up for me. A service that really isn't taken for granted! At this point: Thank you very much again! About the trip itself: We had booked the Comfort Stay and everything was perfectly organized. The accommodations were beautiful. On the first day we had to skip the cave due to illness, but already the next day the elephants were an absolute highlight. They are lovingly dressed up in the park and treated very well – donations are really meaningful and welcome there. The subsequent kayak tour was also great. The third day was followed by the safari: a superbly organized, about three-hour tour of a private park. We were allowed to see elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, hippos and rhinos – just incredible. An all-round beautiful journey with great experiences and a guide who goes far beyond the expected. Absolutely recommend! 🌿🦒🐘
