Very delightful wine tasting with some of the great Bulgarian wines. Great outing from the ship. Actually quite good for all types of travelers. Excellent sommelier.
We enjoyed the wine tasting. Very clear instructions in written and over the phone. We had set the time from a long time and we just touched bqse quickly to reconfirm. Very recommened to everyone visiting the little Vienna - Ruse.
This is a scam. Do not book this “tour”. They provide no information or times, you have to call and then find out you can only do this in the morning. They then refuse to give you your money back. Run far away from this.
Hello Kim, This is totally wrong! As you know a Bulgarian lady (we do not why her and not you) called us in the afternoon on the day with the request to take it now, immediately. We advised a time for the late afternoon, evening. And she said she will speak with you. Shortly after she asked for a refund on your behalf. Do you take customers immediately in the US for any type of tour with just a call on the phone? I bet no. Do you expect all the people involved in a wine tasting organization to be able to accommodate you at any given time you request? What you wrote is totally misleading and we informed the platform about this. All these things are communicated and set. We are flexible enough to take into account all wishes of the customers.
