El día inicia con transportación desde su hotel o punto de encuentro de su elección, a bordo de transportación moderna y aire acondicionado iniciará su camino a Tulum, este sitio arqueológico de gran importancia que sirvió como puerto principal para la antigua civilización Maya será de su agrado. Con acceso prioritario al sitio arqueológico, podrá disfrutar de un recorrido guiado por un profesional para ver y aprender acerca de la civilización Maya, los edificios principales como el observatorio donde realizaban estudios astronómicos, todo dentro de los limites de un mismo sitio. Al dejar Tulum y su característico fondo de aguas turquesas, iniciará su camino a la siguiente parte de la experiencia, un cenote, que como es de esperarse tiene un significado cultural y tradicional en la región. - Para participar, es necesario poder caminar a un ritmo pausado por aproximadamente 1.5 millas (2km) y poder subir y bajar escaleras.
- Un cargo adicional de cuotas obligatorias de 750MXN por pasajero. (Impuesto gubernamental 420MXN, tarifa de Tulum 100MXN y reserva natural 230MXN) se debe pagar en efectivo el día de su actividad.
- Por favor, esté listo y esperando en el lobby de su hotel o en el punto de encuentro 15 minutos antes de la hora confirmada de salida.
- Transportación redonda disponible desde la mayoría de los hoteles en Cancún, Playa del Carmen y Riviera Maya. Debe confirmar su hora exacta de recogida con el tour operador local.
- Si su hotel se encuentra fuera del área de cobertura, se le solicitará llegar a una locación cercana a su hotel.
- Hoteles en el area de Tulum no estan disponibles para la opcion con recogida en hotel. Los pasajeros que se hospeden en hoteles en Tulum deben ir al punto de encuentro designado para tomar el tour.
- Se recomienda trar traje de baño, toalla, un cambio de ropa, bloqueador solar, repelente de insectos y dinero en efectivo para gastos personales.
- Por favor tenga en cuenta que a partir del 2 de enero de 2025, el gobierno federal mexicano impuso un nuevo impuesto obligatorio adicional para todos los visitantes que asistan al Sitio Arqueológico de Tulum (Ruinas Mayas). Como resultado, se deberá pagar un recargo obligatorio de 750MXN pesos en efectivo, por pasajero el día de su actividad.

We are sorry to read your review and respectfully disagree with the characterization of the situation. Prior to the tour date, we sent you the confirmed pick-up time and meeting location through the contact details provided in your reservation. Our driver arrived at the designated place and waited within the established waiting window. According to our records, we did not receive any message or call from you before or during the scheduled pick-up time. Your message was received the following day, approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time had already passed. At that point, the service had been marked as a no-show in accordance with our policy. We always make every effort to ensure tours operate as scheduled, and in this case all operational steps on our end were completed correctly. Unfortunately, when guests do not review the confirmed pick-up information in time, we are unable to proceed with the service. While we understand that missing a tour is frustrating, the reservation does not qualify for a refund under our no-show policy, as the service was fully confirmed and dispatched. I hate to leave negative reviews however they were 45 minutes late. We had a really hard time understanding the tour guide Silvestri. Luis the driver was great.

We had a wonderful day, Tulum was super beautiful, Mary knew so much interesting information about it. The cenote was amazing, exactly what I was hoping for. It was a long day but that’s just because we were leaving from Cancun. The van was comfortable and we were picked up on time.

The tour was okay, but the ruins were pretty close to Tulum, so it would be easy to do on your own. The guide was nice, but not very engaging. When we first arrived to the ruins everyone split up before we entered, so we kind of just hung around for about 10 mins unsure of what was going on. The cenote was pretty, worth a visit.

I’m so glad I booked this experience instead of a different Tulum/cenote tour! I did a lot of research and it paid off. Jackie and Pedro were great. Jackie has so much knowledge about Mayan culture, even my teenagers were listening. Our group was the only one at the cenote and the tacos were amazing. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing day in Tulum! We were picked up right on time at our hotel by our friendly driver Hugo and our wonderful guide Gabriel. At the archaeological park, Gabriel shared his incredible knowledge of Mayan culture and history with us. The ruins were fascinating, the views were stunning, and we even saw plenty of iguanas and a beautiful beach below. After exploring the ruins, we visited a breathtaking cenote where we swam in the crystal-clear water — such a refreshing and unforgettable experience! To finish off the day, we enjoyed some of the best tacos we’ve ever had. On the way back, we made a quick stop to see some beautiful spider monkeys — such a lovely surprise to end a perfect day. Everything was perfectly organized, and both Hugo and Gabriel made the experience truly special. We’re so happy we chose this tour — it was the highlight of our trip :)
Our guide Mari was excellent, very knowledgeable about the ruins. She gave us helpful hints prior to getting off the van. Opt for the lunch and get the tacos, so delicious. Bring a towel for the cenote and the water is cold! I knocked a star off as it was impossible to call the company like they asked ahead of time. Trip advisor staff really helped out. The Cancun travel experience should use what’s app!
