Just an incredible tour with Juho on his family's reindeer farm with nonstop highlights all morning - feeding the reindeer, watching Juho's father interact with the herd, enjoying homemade pancakes and berry jams made by Juho's mother Liisa, and getting to walk the adorable Noppe in the forest. Loved that White Winter Lapland is a working, non-touristy farm that lets their reindeer live as they wish without forcing them to do anything (even the walk), and that the family works the farm themselves and were happy to share nuggets on reindeer herding and life in Lapland with us. Would love to visit again some day!

From start to finish this was by far the best experience we had in Finland. This is our second trip to Finland this year & we have fallen in love with this beautiful reindeer farm. We were welcomed like family by Juhos wonderful parents , the farm is so personal, peaceful & a very special place to be in nature with these amazing animals that steal your heart. They definitely calm your mind & have such gentle souls . They are so well cared for and the family are so passionate about their work. We learned so much about the reindeer here and our son got to walk a lovely reindeer through beautiful scenery , the highlight of his holiday. After this we went to relax in a beautiful wooden cabin where we were invited to have some homemade pancakes with very tasty cloudberry Jam & hot blueberry juice . If you go to Lapland, this is one experience that you have to do , this is for everyone young or old. The only thing we didn’t like was leaving but we will definitely return. This was the highlight of our trip to Rovaniemi!! A family run business and we were made to feel a part of their family. The host was very easy company, knowledgeable and cares about his animals. The hosts mum cooked us homemade pancakes, jam and juice. She was so welcoming and warm and easy to talk to. The reindeer were cared for well and absolutely gorgeous. We will aim to return again, if we can.

It was just wonderful. Anyone coming to Rovaniemi should definitely go to this reindeer farm. The family, the reindeer and the beautiful unspoilt nature. It was an unforgettable experience. I can only recommend it to anyone to book this tour. Liisa and her son have told us a lot about their animals and you can tell they love what they do. I hope I can come back sometime.

Hands down the best reindeer experience we could have asked for. It was just my friend and I! Juho's family owns the reindeer farm, and they it was all hand built. His mother Liisa picked us up. She was instantly warm and welcoming and we got to know the history of the family farm and reindeer in Finland on the car ride over, fed the reindeer and she made us some pancakes and her home made jams and pancakes by a fire. We had a lovely walk through the forest with the reindeer after. It was an absolute pleasure spending the day at Winter Lapland and we highly recommend it! It is the perfect representation of a beautiful reindeer farm lifestyle and his entire family made us feel very at home.

We had an amazing time at White Winter farm. We got to meet and feed so many beautiful reindeer. We were given lots of information about them, and the farm. We were then invited to sit in their kota, and spend time with the whole family. We were treated to delicious homemade pancakes, jam and juice. The highlight for me, was taking one of the young reindeer out for a walk through the fields. What a special experience! The family were all so warm and welcoming, and were already inviting us back again. Highly recommend this activity for a taste of true local life! Until next time... Kiitos! 😊

The guide and his family warmly welcomed the guests. It felt as cozy and comforting as visiting a friend’s home. The experience of feeding snacks to the reindeer on the snowy field and walking through the winter forest with an adorable young reindeer was truly special. It was a beautiful and healing time for the heart. I highly recommend it!

It was just amazing! Amazing family! We were surrounded pure warmth and care! All tours was very relaxed! In the midst of a series of hectic vacation days, it was truly a day of rest. Great people, house made food and drinks! Hand made pancakes, jam and juice from local berries! Friendly talks, a lot of attention and care!! Nice to see all animals treated with love. We could fees them and walk with they! I wish all the best to this wonderful people! I hardly recommend to book this tour if you want to meet good people and see pure life of reindeers ( without commercial influence)!

The farm owners showed us the whole farm and explained everything to us. They were always open for questions, and gave us a really warm and friendly welcome. We had a good impression of how the reindeers are living there and living a good life in space and peace. It didn‘t feel like we were strangers on a tour but visiting old friends. We would really recommend this experience!

Super genuine people, with such a down to earth and wonderful experience. Authentic family-run reindeer farm, so many friendly reindeer to meet and hand feed. Small group sizes make it so personal. Amazing home-made food and great little hut. You get your own walk with one of two reindeer, not crowed by others and just great personal moment. Great experience for anyone visiting to really get to meet these awesome creatures,
