Explora el Parque Nacional Riisitunturi en invierno, conocido por sus árboles cubiertos de nieve y paisajes muy abiertos que crean uno de los escenarios naturales más emblemáticos de Laponia. Itinerario
Comience su experiencia con la recogida en Rovaniemi y traslado al Parque Nacional Riisitunturi, ubicado aproximadamente a 2–2.5 horas de la ciudad. A su llegada, comenzará una caminata guiada por senderos forestales cubiertos de nieve. La ruta pasa a través de áreas conocidas por árboles cargados de nieve, a menudo denominados localmente “tykky”, así como miradores abiertos con vistas al paisaje ártico circundante. La caminata es a un ritmo moderado y constante, con paradas regulares para disfrutar del paisaje, tomar fotos y descansar. Su guía compartirá información sobre el parque, las condiciones invernales y la naturaleza local durante toda la experiencia. A mitad de la excursión, se detendrá en un lugar designado para el fuego para disfrutar de una barbacoa tradicional de Laponia con bebidas calientes. Después de completar la caminata, traslado de regreso a Rovaniemi. La duración total es de aproximadamente 7-8 horas.

After a fantastic Aurora hunt with this company, we saw a Facebook post about this national park and we just had to go. On Thursday 20th March, the lovely Issac took us. We were the only guests which was great for us. Issac was knowledgeable and so kind. I joked if we were stuck anywhere or attacked by a bear, Issac is the man you want to be with! He took photos and brought his own personal drone with him. Amazing piece of kit. I hope to receive the footage one day when he gets time. The photos were beautiful. We had such good fun with him foung snow angels. He looked after us at lunch time, cooked and fed us, he carried a choice of 3 different drinks! We were lucky to spot a wild reindeer on the way back too. Thank you Arctic GM and Issac for a memorable trip to a beautiful place.

We took the Arctic GM tour to Riistunturi National Park on March 17th - we can’t recommend this tour, or this company, enough. Our guide, Robin, picked us up at our accommodation on time, and was very attentive throughout the tour. The tour itself was magnificent - it was like nothing we had ever experienced - the snow on the trees was magical. The hike itself was not difficult, but the views were amazing. We had a nice barbecue lunch on the trail in a nice shelter, and then finished our hike with some delicious blueberry pie at the trailhead. We can’t recommend this tour enough!
