¡Esto es para usted que quiere maximizar las posibilidades de ver la aurora boreal y minimizar la necesidad de suerte! El objetivo principal es simple : ver y fotografiar la aurora boreal con usted en la imagen, utilizando nuestras cámaras profesionales y años de conocimientos de fotografía. Conducimos tan lejos como sea necesario, incluso a través de la frontera a Suecia si es donde están las luces. La duración total del tour es de 4 a 6 horas, dependiendo de las condiciones de la noche. Hemos explorado innumerables ubicaciones alrededor de Laponia. Nuestro equipo monitorea los datos de aurora en vivo 24/7, mapas de nubes satelitales y modelos meteorológicos durante todo el día. Una vez que confirmemos que las condiciones son lo suficientemente buenas, nos movemos. Y cuando nos desplazamos, nos comprometemos plenamente: conducimos hasta donde sea necesario -a veces 50 km, a veces 200 + km- para encontrar cielos despejados y ver las luces. ¡Vamos donde están las auroras boreales y te llevamos con nosotros!

Monitoreamos continuamente los movimientos del viento solar para saber cuándo la aurora boreal está en su mejor momento. Se recomienda hacer una reserva para el primer día de su llegada. Si la previsión para el día reservado es mala, trasladaremos la reserva al día siguiente y así sucesivamente. Si no se encuentra el día adecuado, se devolverá el pago. No hacemos un viaje si las posibilidades son imposibles. Así es como aseguras la mejor oportunidad de ver las auroras boreales. Viajamos en minivans y grupos pequeños para asegurarnos de que la experiencia sea la mejor posible. Recomendamos llevar aperitivo para la noche y ropa de abrigo. Estamos centrados en encontrar auroras boreales y por eso no nos centramos en hacer fogatas y asar embutidos y bebidas porque suele ser simplemente imposible debido al clima y a la conducción :)
Vamos al lugar secreto más cercano donde está el cielo abierto y la oportunidad de ver las auroras boreales! Si el cielo no está despejado, ¡pasamos a los siguientes lugares!

Excellent trip. Managed to get to see the northern lights. definitely worth it.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. My original booking for 26th Feb 2026 kept getting cancelled and was finally moved to 28th Feb. Since it was my first trip to Finland, I adjusted my flights to 1st March early morning just to make this aurora tour work. Before the trip, I specifically confirmed with their staff that we’d return by around 2:00–2:30 am. Instead, we got back at 4:00 am after an 8–9 hour trip (even going into Sweden), causing me to miss my flight and spend an extra £300 on a last-minute ticket. When I raised this, the manager refused to compensate me and simply refunded the tour to GetYourGuide—which I won’t even receive as it was a sponsored booking. On top of that, the “professional photos” were terrible—blurry, rushed, and not worth it. Completely unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy: First, the Northern Lights were in fact seen during your tour, meaning the experience was successfully delivered. Second, the duration of the tour is always communicated as flexible (approximately 4–10 hours) depending on weather conditions and how far we need to travel to find clear skies. On your night, conditions required a longer drive, which is part of maximizing the chances of seeing the auroras. This is also why we always strongly advise guests not to book the tour on the night before an early morning flight, as return times cannot be guaranteed. Regarding your request for additional compensation due to a missed flight — this is unfortunately not something we can take responsibility for, as flight arrangements are outside of the scope of the tour, and the duration flexibility is clearly communicated in advance. Luca was an exceptional guide and truly made this experience unforgettable. He reached out ahead of time to let us know the tour start time had shifted slightly, which I really appreciated—it set the tone for how organized and thoughtful the entire experience would be. We met downtown at the main office and headed out with a small group of eight, which felt just right. Everything was clearly well planned, and Luca created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the tour. I did this with my 10-year-old daughter, and it turned out to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences we’ll both remember for years. After some incredible viewing and photo opportunities, Luca built a fire where we warmed up with hot drinks and cookies—such a cozy and perfect ending to the evening. Absolutely worth it—100% recommend!

The guides Jeremias and Toni were awesome. We have got excellent views of the northern lights and the photographs were amazing. They never got tired of clicking more pictures.
