Descubre los oscuros acontecimientos y secretos que hicieron la historia de Roma. ¡Obtén acceso exclusivo a una cripta subterránea secreta de la cofradía de la Muerte, que ha estado cerrada durante décadas! Aprenderás sobre los eventos REALES y oscuros que dieron forma a la ciudad de Roma tal como la vemos hoy. Ejecuciones públicas, muertes legendarias, papas corruptos... y una misteriosa fraternidad cuidando los cadáveres encontrados en las calles. ¡No solo un montón de historias de fantasmas tontas, sino historia real! Todo esto mientras camina por las calles traseras y callejuelas del centro histórico de Roma, después de las concurridas horas turísticas. Nos encontraremos frente a una iglesia con calaveras en su fachada. Llamaremos a la puerta y la puerta se abrirá. La monja de la fraternidad nos dejará bajo tierra la iglesia, en la cripta. Lámparas hechas de huesos reales, las calaveras de los hermanos y hermanas, con sus nombres tallados en la frente. Después de este tour verás las cosas desde una perspectiva diferente.

Este puente es donde conocerás al primer fantasma del tour. Era una mujer muy ambiciosa en la vida. Los lugareños la han visto aparecer en este puente varias veces, mientras ella huía con su dinero ..
¿Has notado las calaveras en la fachada? Esta es la iglesia de la Cofradía de la Muerte, una fraternidad que todavía existe hoy. Esta iglesia ha estado cerrada por más de una década, pero haremos una cita con la monja de la fraternidad. Abrirá la puerta de la iglesia y su cripta solo para nosotros. Pequeño spoiler: ¡en la cripta encontrarás candelabros hechos completamente de huesos humanos!
Veremos (desde fuera) un palacio encantado. Aquí también aprenderemos la historia de fantasmas de un Papa y sus escándalos. Su fantasma ha aparecido múltiples veces en esta misma plaza
Este lugar animado y alegre solía ser el lugar de ejecuciones públicas. Aquí los herejes fueron quemados vivos delante de todos. Es por eso que hay una estatua en el centro de la plaza frunciendo el ceño en una dirección específica..
Esta hermosa plaza es el hogar de muchas historias terribles. Incluyendo al posadero que hablaba demasiado. ¿Puedes ver su cabeza?

This was the first activity we did after arriving in Rome. It was a good choice. It took us thru about three key neighborhoods and gave the kids a great (and entertaining) intro to the city and its history.

We really enjoyed our tour. Our guide was very knowledgable and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the places we visited. The tour group was small and it felt much more personal. This was our second tour with the company and we would definitely book again on our next visit.

Thanks to our amazing guide Sabrina, we learnt about stories of ghosts and history of people who marked the Roman history in a fun and different way. My 12 year old son loved it. I highly recommend the tour.

It was a lovely small group. We had a great walk round listening to stories and seeing places I wouldn't ordinarily notice! Some places I walked past so many times but never realised the stories and bits of history linked to them. The guide was great, she shared so much more interesting anecdotes and she was really open to questions! If you are looking for something a little different this is definitely for you - I have been to Rome many times so was looking for something new and this did not disappoint. The 2 hours just flew by so fast and I will definitely book another next time I visit - thank you!

We were delighted the group was so small, better experience. We find out a lot, Francesca was lovely and served stories in very interesting and funny way. I liked interaction with the group. The rain was lashing, but even that didn’t ruin the atmosphere, and it was nice. Fee was reasonable, and the 2,5 hours tour was just right.

It was well worth it! I loved just walking around to different areas and learning little tidbits of local lore and history! I would definitely do it again. It was a very small group which made it even more enjoyable. I will definitely do it again when I come back with different people and I will try their other tours as well.
