Clase de pasta para grupos pequeños con chefs locales. En esta clase magistral, aprenderás a hacer la famosa pasta Italiana artesanal y a maridarla con salsas frescas. Elaborarás y cocinarás raviolis, fetichina y espagueti allá chitarra con tres salsas romanas emblemáticas hechas desde cero. We had a great time cooking with leo and made some incredible dishes and memories
Fabulous authentic experience with excellent instructions and demonstrations. One of the best cooking experiences I have ever had. Leo was a great guide, so knowledgeable and lots of fun- highly recommended
I’ve been gluten free for over 10 years and forever in pursuit of good tasting pastas. My mind was blown away how flavorful and good this pasta was … and of course so cool that we made it ourselves. The beauty of this course is that they can accommodate gluten free cooking with normal wheat flour pasta making. That was great for our friends who are not gluten free. This may not work for someone with celiac as there is the possibility of cross contamination, but as Leo mentioned he supported us in our gluten intolerance. We were in a class of 7. I guess they could fit up to 10. Therefore it’s a very hands on experience with help from Leo when we needed it. That was awesome to have some support. Highly recommended by both us gluten intolerant people and our friends who are not gluten intolerant.
Leo was great and the food was outstanding.
This course clearly explained how to create different kinds of delicious pasta. Food was adapted for various dietary needs without sacrificing quality and taste. Everything was fun and delicious!
A real fun experience, small group , nice peoples and perfect foods and drinks, what else to ask! The best pasta we have the chance to taste.
From the very start, Ricardo made us all feel very comfortable. He was very clear in what we were going to accomplish and how we would start the pasta process as well as choosing which sauce we would like to make. I am a pretty accomplish cook and I really feel like I learned a lot in every aspect of our cooking experience. I know that jewels of information he relayed will be so useful in my future cooking. My husband had a wonderful time And and as others in the class, he was helped and learned a lot. I am Pretty sure that I can say that we all really enjoyed our class. It was incredibly fun and educational. Not least got a very good meal. The chef at our course was incredibly skilled and very good at learning. He was and very nice.
