Salida del puerto de Civitavecchia en autobús a las 9.40 h. Llegada a Roma aprox. a las 11:00 am Salida de Roma a las 4 : 00 pm Llegada a Civitavecchia a las 5 : 30 pm Podrás disfrutar de las bellezas históricas y artísticas de Roma con total libertad, eligiendo los lugares que mejor se adapten a tus emociones y necesidades. Un miembro de nuestro personal le acompañará a Roma y le proporcionará un mapa gratuito. El lugar de entrega / recogida en Roma estará frente al Palacio de Justicia (cerca del Vaticano y el centro histórico de Roma). Cómo encontrarnos : Al desembarcar, por favor tome uno de los autobuses de enlace gratuitos desde su crucero hasta el punto de encuentro en LARGO DELLA PACE (10 minutos de viaje). El personal de CIVITATOURS le estará esperando con uniformes amarillos (camisetas/chaquetas). Te indicarán el autobús. Por favor planee estar en el lugar de salida designado al menos 15 minutos antes de la hora de salida. Puede encontrar una línea para tomar el servicio de transporte gratuito de su crucero, por favor considere esto.

Our driver and guide Dedo was excellent. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very professional, and very good with our time needs.
We found the amount of time we had in Rome one you take off travel time was enough for us. We were dropped off at the colloseum for a small additional fee which we were happy to pay and we walked back towards the pick up point at our leisure, taking in the main places of interest. We even had time for lunch and then an apperol spritz and cake. Nice clear instructions for the pick up. The only thing id say is that it might not be enough time to do all that if you want to actually go inside the colloseum, as the queues were huge, so be aware. For feedback, the only thing I can think of is that the company name could do with being on the ticket or the booking, as there are loads of companies at the port and we didn't know which one we were with just by looking at the ticket info etc. Would make it easier for people to ask when they arrive, or see the company booth if the name is easy to find on their info
Everything worked out wonderfully. The round trip was on time, it was explicitly stated where, when, and which bus to take. As an Aida vacationer, you can book the trip (Discovering Rome on your own) without any concerns.
When we got off the bus in Rome he sent us completely opposite direction for the hop on hop off bus tour. His driving was also bad. He also changed the pick up time for 3:30 which we were told when we bought our tickets to 3:15. There is not enough time as it is without him sending us on a half hour wild goose chase and then also knocks 15 mins of the departure time as well. Do not use this company
We are sorry to hear about your experience. It is likely that the driver did not change the departure time, but simply asked all passengers to arrive a bit earlier to ensure a punctual departure and provide a better service.

the bus that was supposed to drive us was cancelled because not in French. it was you who cancelled our tour, and offered a car tour, it started more than an hour late and charging us 20 euros more .. the tour at the pace of race and we resumed the return at 3:30 pm!!! we ask for a refund of this service which does not correspond to our order. cordially Ms. Bruneau and Mathieux number:1350272755 , awaiting response.

I took a trip with Civita Tours in July , and it was a great experience from start to finish. Our bus driver, Luciano, truly stood out. Luciano was very charismatic and genuinely funny, making well-timed jokes that kept everyone smiling and relaxed throughout the drive. At the same time, he was professional and informative. He clearly explained the security precautions needed in Rome, especially reminding us to beware of pickpockets, which was extremely helpful for a short visit to such a busy city. What I appreciated most was his excellent sense of timing — he spoke when it mattered, sharing useful tips during the important parts of the journey, and then allowed quiet moments to enjoy the views or get some rest. That balance made the excursion feel calm, comfortable, and well organized.
