It is definitely worth the money ! Our tour guide, Andy, did a fabulous job! My family & I learned so much history about the Colosseum.

Make sure on the pickup point. Some confusion that was easily solved. Our driver as very helpful. Van was well kept.

Our experience started off on the wrong foot due to a communication issue regarding our airport pickup. Before our plane even landed, the driver contacted me to let me know he had arrived at the airport. Our flight arrived at 7:35 a.m., but I had specifically requested a 9:00 a.m. pickup to allow enough time for our group to clear customs, collect our luggage, and assist a family member who required wheelchair service from the gate through customs. Unfortunately, the driver appeared to have received the wrong pickup time and repeatedly contacted me stating that he had been waiting since 7:30 a.m. and would need to charge us an additional fee for the extended wait. I explained that a 9:00 a.m. pickup had been requested for exactly these reasons, but the interaction felt rushed and came across as rude. I believe this was primarily a communication breakdown between the booking service and the driver rather than the driver’s fault alone. However, it created unnecessary stress after a long international flight. I recommend that future travelers confirm their pickup time with both the booking company and the driver before arrival to avoid similar misunderstandings.

My driver Angelo was incredible! Made the drive fun and personable. Easy meet up point at the airport. Gave me tips on where to eat. Overall Great experience.

Driver was texting and talking on the phone most of the 55 min trip. He took back roads to try and save time and it took just as long. My wife and I were nauscious after the trip.

Wonderful! Driver was waiting at the arrivals with our name, sent a picture of his location prior to going through baggage claim, and even though our flight was delayed it was tracked efficiently. The vehicle was spotless, great AC, and comfortable, and water and little candies were given to us. Would recommend and use again!

Rome Airporter provided exceptional service in transporting my husband and me from FCO airport to our hotel in the centro storico not far from the Trevi Fountain, and then transporting us from our hotel to the Civitavecchia cruise port five days later. Our driver, Marco, was delightful and engaging and he was adept at handling the hectic Roman traffic while answering questions and explaining landmarks and places of interest on our way. The company’s communications were excellent and both van transfers were on time, smooth, and pleasant. The vehicle was clean and comfortable for two large men and roomy enough for our large suitcases and carry-ons. We will happily use Rome Airporter for future visits and highly recommend the company - it’s definitely worth the cost!
