Nuestra ambición es ofrecer una combinación perfecta de un recorrido sentado y caminando, donde podrá degustar una variedad de comida callejera y gastronómica, siempre acompañada de vino, y comprender la fuerte cultura vinculada a cada comida y lugar. Te sentirás como un verdadero romano durante esta experiencia única a través de Campo de Fiori y Trastevere, sorprendiendo tu apetito y papilas gustativas con más de 20 degustaciones de comidas y vinos. Empezaremos en Campo de Fiori con una tradicional tienda familiar, con una selección (10+) de embutidos y quesos/o, un restaurante icónico y sus anécdotas, tendremos su especialidad, ¡el bacalao frito! ¡Ambos siempre maridados con vino! Cruzando el río Tíber nos trasladaremos hasta Trastevere, donde probaremos un icono de la comida callejera, ¡el Supplì! Para continuar, tendrás la oportunidad de comer 2 de las mejores pastas en la tradicional osteria para luego visitar al "Rey de la Porchetta" y probar su famoso cerdo asado, acompañado de cerveza fresca. Terminaremos con el mejor helado artesanal y biológico del Trastevere.

Disfrute de un filete de merluza crujiente con vino local en un restaurante romano histórico especializado en comida callejera local.
Durante nuestro agradable paseo de 1,5 km (perfecto tanto para la digestión como para conocer la zona) cruzaremos el río Tíber, disfrutando de una fantástica vista de la Basílica de San Pedro.
Aquí tendremos un Suppli al telefono, que es un bocadillo romano, ¡frito! ¡No podrás rendirte durante tu estancia en Roma! ¡Verás!
Nos sentaremos en una Osteria de Trastever para degustar 2 mágicas pastas caseras en salsa como la Amatriciana y el Cacio & pepe, maridadas con vino! ¡Aprovecharemos para compartir costumbres y tradiciones de la cocina romana en comparación con el resto de Italia, y la historia detrás de este famoso combo romano!
¡Es hora de visitar Piero, más conocido como el “Rey de Porchetta”! ¡Iremos a su carnicería a degustar su famoso cerdo asado, maridado con cerveza fresca!

Annamaria was highly knowledgeable and the food was extremely tasty. There was always a vegetarian option available.

Michele was an excellent guide for our food tour! We tried 6 different foods and 3 beverages along with water. Michele was so friendly and informative, not only sharing history of Rome and Italy but also info about food and his own favorites. We thought this would be a tour with up to 10 others but it ended up being just my boyfriend, me and our tour guide which was a pleasant surprise. I’d recommend this to everyone visiting Rome!
Ilaria was so incredible gracious. We walked into this expecting to be blown away by the food, which we were. What we did not expect was to be blown away by the Roman people and the stories that Ilaria shared with us as we walked. I would highly recommend this tour as a thing to do early in your trip so you know where the locals eat!
AnaMaria was an excellent guide, friendly, knowledgeable of the area, gave great history of the area and food history. Her local connections made us feel like we were in on the secrets to the city. The restaurant s and Gelato were phenomenal food, and paired greatly with local wines, beers, and water fountains in the city. We all highly recommend taking this tour. You will walk a lot, but she has spaced out the food and the rest times, bring your appetite the food says its bites, but we found the portions very generous. The weather was beautiful a light breeze, and it was so special to be with family.
