- Tamaño máximo del grupo: el límite se establece en 8 invitados por guía para garantizar una experiencia personalizada. Podemos ser flexibles (1-2 invitados adicionales) para evitar separar las reservas familiares/grupales; sin embargo, el tour aún puede operar con menos de 6 personas.
- Recorrido: El 100% del recorrido transcurre en el centro histórico y por el carril bici del río Tíber. A pesar de la cuidadosa selección de la ruta, es importante tener en cuenta que en ocasiones es inevitable que haya poco tráfico en la superficie.
- Cambios de itinerario: En caso de celebraciones, eventos oficiales o manifestaciones públicas en el centro de Roma, el operador se reserva el derecho de reemplazar uno o más puntos destacados del itinerario para garantizar la seguridad del grupo.
- Experiencia en ciclismo: Se requiere un nivel mínimo de experiencia en ciclismo.
- Prueba y Denegación: Se realizará una breve prueba de evaluación antes de la salida. El guía tiene el derecho absoluto de negar la participación (sin reembolso) a cualquier invitado que considere no apto debido a habilidades de conducción insuficientes o condición física/mental precaria.
- Bebés: Los bebés y niños (hasta 20 kg/44 lb) viajan gratis usando un asiento elevador provisto.
- Niños: Los niños (de menos de 139 cm / 4 pies 7 pulgadas de alto) deben usar una extensión de bicicleta (remolque).
- Edad mínima para conducir una bicicleta eléctrica: La edad mínima para poder conducir una bicicleta eléctrica es de 12 años.

This e-bike tour was the highlight of our Italian trip! The tour was absolutely incredible with our tour leader George who showed us many of the highlights of Rome. The highlights of the ride included: riding through Rome traffic, riding through Villa Borghese Park, going to a local Saturday produce market and riding up the Via della Conciliazione to the Vatican.

Great experience! Friendly staff, spoke English well. Took us to all the sites and had some surprises on the way. They knew ways to avoid the crowds while still seeing the sites. The e-bikes worked perfectly and my kids (9&11) had no trouble at all navigating the streets or the crowds. PERFECT DAY!

Michale was an excellent guide. He rode at a calming pace through the crowds. Guided us through some quieter side streets through various different neighborhoods. Shared interesting history and answered all our questions. We were a small group of 2 people. Wonderful experience and tour.

The eBike tour through Rome was an absolute highlight of our trip! Our guide AleViandAnte aka Allesio was extremely knowledgeable and impressed us with his deep understanding of Rome’s history. A wonderful tour through Rome with the guide Giorgio, who told us the wonderful history of Rome in English and also knew some words in German. Super friendly and with insider knowledge of Rome about the best cafés and viewpoints away from the tourist hotspots. Italian traffic is a bit chaotic; one should know this when navigating the city by bicycle. For us, it was a fantastic day and an amazing experience, and I would absolutely recommend it.

We booked a small group tour with Giorgio. He was a phenomenal guide; his grasp of Roman history was amazing, and he took us to some amazing vistas. He even took us to the Campo di Fiori market where he pointed out the best bakery and pizza place in town, and he was 100% right. At the end of the tour, he retraced our route on a paper map as a souvenir, and also gave us tips about the neighborhood around our hotel. Totally a 5 star experience!
