Bikes were mediocre, braking squeaked a lot and some bikes were half working. Stands on average 18000 km on a bike and the distance you can travel is very moderate. We paid at the store and this had to be cash. However, we did not receive a receipt and could not get it in any way. Now we have returned the bikes but we had to pay for the bikes again. Standing here for a long time to arrange this and the staff were not very friendly.
We had arrived in Rome in the morning and after noon this bike tour was on the program for me and my daughter of 11 years. The weather was nice. I had a regular bike and she had a children's mountain bike. Here and there you sometimes have a slope but there is quiet cycling (because of the crowds also in Rome) and regularly you make a stop. Tijs was our Dutch speaking guide, he was top! He gave a lot of explanations and also some extra tips. You could ask as many questions as you wanted. My daughter and I loved it, really nice way to explore Rome.
Thanks
Bike tour in Rome! Thijs was a great guide and he told us a lot about the old town and gave us tips where to eat best and the best places to go! It took a total of 3 hours. Highly recommended!
Thanks
We rented 2 Vespa with my family and visiting the whole city is really great, thanks to Riad who welcomed us, he speaks French so super cool for the explanations. I highly recommend
Merci
Our guide was so great and truly knowledgeable. We saw so many sights and it felt very safe the way he was always watching out for us. We never felt rushed. I would highly recommend it your first day in Rome to get a good overview of the city.
A superb way to get to the sights in Rome. The tour lasted 3 hours and we had a guide to ourselves for two. The route went via Coloseum , Foro Augusto, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Piazza del popolo, Piazza Navona with fountain, Capitol and Roman Forum. The route led through many small alleys and only a few short stretches over busy roads. Our guide Iman told us a lot of interesting things at each station. While we were looking at the sights, he was waiting for us by the bikes. The bikes have a circuit and are well maintained and easy to ride. We highly recommend this trip. By bike you can get to all interesting places much faster and see many alleys on the side, which you probably wouldn't find on your own.
Thanks
Nice, spontaneous and very knowledgeable guide Tomas! Knows a lot to tell and also seen the shortcuts! With tips on food and drink etc
Thanks
Anyone who has never experienced and seen Rome on a bicycle is an absolute must! We booked a private tour so there were only two of us plus the tour guide. Also we did not book the classic 08:15 tour of the city with all the typical sights but a round trip around the city with equally interesting details of the city.
Thanks
Superb tour with Roberto who adapted the visit while it was very hot, so that we do not cook downtown! Superb views, anecdotes about the way of life of the Romans at the great time, in parallel with today. A very good time, we thank him and hope to return to this superb city that has seduced us enormously. Ciao!
Merci
Great day with our guide on his 3 tour!. Very knowledgeable and spared no detail. The check-in process is a little clunky so get there a little early to complete required form The Vespa museum is cool and the merch is quality
Thanks
