That's an amazing trip that lets you see ones of the best places in Italy - Florence and Pisa. Our guide and driver - Felice- was very polite, attentive and patient - gave us information about places we visited, answered our questions and was driving a lot. We had a nice tour of Florence and Pisa! I would recommend to try this opportunity
You don’t see everything that is listed and you don’t get very much time in Florence. There wasn’t really any time for lunch.

Dear customer. 1 distance are distance, next time take a private jet. 2. You have been late all day and you decided to spend 2:45minutes in Pisa instead 1 h . And this is really disrespectful for the driver. After 10minutes waiting he is aloud to leave without you 3 next time you can read the description before . 4 bring your rubbish when you go in someone’s car.
Very good trip, the tower was excellent. Florence was beautiful. The driver was so friendly and helpful.
The operator canceled our tour in the middle of the night, there was to be a 7am pickup. If I was not jet lagged, wouldn’t have checked my email in the middle of the night. Tjis after we confirmed on phone just a few hrs earlier. Would absolutely not recommend this company.
We are really sorry for that. We had problem with our van , it can happen. That’s the reason why we texted you early in the morning. Our reviews are telling different story about us. We can understand the frustration but it happens.
This was a long day but worth it. The leaning tower of Pisa was a great site and so clean. Florence too was a lovely place to eat and browse. Our tour guide Felice was very knowledgable, particularly about the history of Florence and the surrounding areas. All in all it made a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Rome and was a great way to spend a full day.
Yes, it is a long day, with lots of driving, but oh so worth it in order to see these two iconic locations in one day! Our guide, Felice, was informative, accommodating, and a very safe driver!
Our guide was very knowledgeable in the area and taught us a lot of things took us through the city of Florence. It was quite amazing. Would recommend this to anybody.
Great day trip to Pisa and Florence. It is a long day but worth it. Felice did a great job, from Picking us at the hotel, safely driving us to both sites and giving us a good tour in Florence.
The driver canceled on me while us, same day, while waiting at the pickup point, which I find to be very very unprofessional. I am particularly disheartened as today is my birthday, and I had not prepared a backup plan. Being left waiting without any prior notice was certainly frustrating and has left me at a loss for what to do next. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
