They overbooked 15 people, including us, we would not recommend this company to anyone
THE WORST TOUR I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST! I have traveled in Europe for years and did not have any problem with any agency until this Get Italy Tour thing We were a family of 5 to see the colosseum, I paid €90 for each person! (because it was literally the last option on Get Your Guide but would had definitely been better just going early to the Colosseum and buy tiquets from agencies there) I put properly the names and last names of my family members on Get Your Guide, but the day of entering the Colosseum 3 out of the 5 tiquets had the tiquet names wrong!!! This means we could not enter the colosseum because the names in the passport and the tiquets must match We had booked at 8h30 and we had a train at 14h so the schedule was tight Sharjeel Siraj Khan, the person in charge, started to tell me 'It's not my problem' and then offered me another tiquets for 12h to €95!!! not my problem??? How can there be such a thing with no moral??? I tried to calm down because my family was there but I swear it God that me being alone I would had yelled at him all of this I calmed down, I wanted so bad that my family would enter the colosseum that I payed that thing bcs I found no other agency that could sell us tiquets before 13h at that moment (it was around 10h already, but if I would had started looking around 8h30 for the tiquets for sure it would had been okay) We had to walk until Idk where to get the new tiquets, with all my family and then come back, it was sunny, we were tired, my brother and I had to go to the hotel and grab our backs to go take the train right after the colosseum, we had to pay MORE to leave our baggage somewhere close to the colosseum and guess what this thing told me again??? 'It's not my problem' I think I have never been with so much anger and frustration of having to calm down just to not make it more stressful for my family but I am sure I will come back one day just to yell all of this loudly If you are reading this, trust me I will never forget your name and face with the anger I have
Simona was a fantastic guide - super knowledgeable and willing to keep our 9 year old engaged and delighted even though she was the only kiddo on the tour!

My husband was a bit sad at first ‘cause we arrived late - at 2:30, and the entrance closes at 3. Glad we did ‘cause if not, we wouldn’t have met Simeona - our tour guide was fantastic, she’s well-versed about Colosseo. We had the VIP pass, so we skipped long the long queue and were able to be at the arena as well. If you’re in Roma, you definitely have to see Colosseo, and book the tour!
