This was our once in a lifeime trip to Rome and we have booked the Colloseum tour months in advance for an 8:00am entrance so we could avoid the crowds and the heat. Only few days before our actual trip they changed our tour date AND the time (to 3:00pm!!!). They were totally blaze about it and offered no apologies or a discount/price adjustment. We had to do both the Vatican and the Colloseum on the same day, which was nothing but exhausting. We also ended up having have to buy new train tickets and change the hotel reservation. They have truly managed to ruin the experience for us.

As explained in our earlier response to your review, on rare occasions access times to the Colosseum may be modified by the monument's management, and these changes are unfortunately beyond our control. We understand how disappointing this was, especially given the planning involved in your trip, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. DO NOT BOOK WITH DOOING EXPERIENCE!! 2 days before our activity at the Coliseum , we received a message to tell us that our activity was cancelled, I still said that I had booked my tickets months in advance. I called them, very unpleasant, they hung up on me, without giving me a reason. A little later I received an email to tell me that the Coliseum was not accessible to the public on the day of my booking (for reasons unknown). On my trip I managed to get to the Coliseum on my own. So the Coliseum was patrfaultselently accessible. I still do not know at this time the reason for my cancellation. All I know is that I'm not the only one who's had this problem with this organization. It is a SCAM, do not book especially with them.

Amazing and super-positive experience. The beauty of the Colosseum is overflowing and the use of the audio guide was so useful that at some point I completely lost myself inside the Flavian Amphitheatre as I had never happened before, since I had been there at least a couple of other times. Seeing so much to see is nice, but with the audioguide it was absolutely something else. So, I have to say that my grade is absolutely high and positive

The tour was spectacular. My favorite thing - besides the extraordinary Colosseum - was the way to live this experience. The audio guide was very useful considering that I visited everything at my own pace, without haste and with great participation. I'll be back with my daughter
