Arremángate y participa en un taller de elaboración de pizzas en un restaurante local muy querido en Roma, con el horno de leña más antiguo del barrio de Prati. Aprende sobre las técnicas de cocina tradicionales con un chef local como guía. Prueba el auténtico sabor de los ingredientes locales y disfruta de vino y refrescos con tu propia pizza casera. Comienza la clase recibiendo tu delantal y creando la masa. Sigue el proceso de creación de la masa mientras aprendes sobre los ingredientes y las técnicas. Corta la masa utilizando una técnica tradicional de 600 años llamada mozzatura. Dale los toques finales a tu pizza Margherita y luego colócala en el horno de leña más antiguo del barrio para que quede dorada.

Very basic course, demonstration and not hands on experience, nice atmosphere but you cannot really learn how to make pizza nor icecreame…
We had a fantastic time at this cooking class in Rome! Thank you to Valeria and Greta for their hospitality. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience fun from start to finish. We learned how to make pizza and gelato with everything explained clearly, making it easy for everyone to join in. A lovely bonus was getting to taste a variety of other foods alongside what we made ourselves, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This is a great activity for both families and couples looking for a fun, hands-on experience while visiting Rome. We would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely fabulous experience! Francesca and her team were absolutely fun, informative, and so entertaining! We started off by learning a line dance together. The instruction it’s easy to understand, and a great learning experience! The pizza and the gelato was super tasty overall highly recommend!

Great morning learning how to make pizza and Tiramisu! Great fun. The free flowing prosecco at 10am helped! Booked for my husbands birthday. Julia was a great teacher and we had a good class with great people. A great morning in Rome to finish our trip.

This is a really fun way to escape the summer heat and enjoy lunch. The crew is excellent they have such enthusiasm for their jobs. The food and wine were plentiful. This is a hands on introduction to pizza and gelato making not a serious cooking class. We had a great afternoon.
