Wonderful way to view Riga! Tranquil break from the hustle & bustle of the old town. Captain very knowledgeable so ask questions!
There was no commentary on the boat so nothing got pointed out. Was not much to see after 15 minutes heading out of the city. Drinks and snacks were expensive and there was no direction on how to leave when docked at the end of the trip. Boat is quite tired and could do with a re- vamp
This was a surprisingly good tour on the canal for 1/2 hour then into the open river for the second 1/2 hour so getting all the best views. Probably better than just a n hour river only cruise.
A simple amd good your of the old canal bi water. Not the most thorough but still well worth the price.
Relaxing and a great way to see the city. Gave a great overview and layout if the coty so would be a good first day introduction.
The only downside to this canal boat is that it is further down the canal to their dock, but otherwise the trip was wonderful. The boat is comfortable and shaded, it left timely and it takes you much further than I imagined. It seemed like it was going slowly, but it methodically made it past every point of interest on the water and back to the point of origin. It was a bargain.
I loved being on the water and seeing the city from a different angle. It was a small group which was nice.

Loved the relaxed approach to the tour down the picturesque canal and river, with a different take to familiar sights to the walking tour, while also complimenting it with new sights.
Nice chilled out canal and river ride with audio information on the sites. Lovely views of the city from the river.
