Itinerario

Lovely tour. As my family are from Warsaw, I've visited every year for the last 30 years. Therefore, the guide adapted to my situation and seeked out some very interested points of history in the city, that I wasn't aware. He could have been slightly clearer with directions at time and we did have to refuel the car at one point but nevertheless, it was a fantastic experience and i will do it again next year!
Jurek was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. My brother and I had a great time and would highly recommend this as a very unique experience.
First off if you have 2 people they only bring 1 car so not both people can drive. Please be aware the vehicle is a MANUAL transmission, I was unaware of this as it’s no where in the advertising. When I arrived the guide said I couldn’t drive because I haven’t driven manual, fair enough, I told him it’s no where in their advertising that it’s manual only cars, and I asked for a refund since I wasn’t allowed to do the tour. The tour guide said it wasn’t up to him but he could drive us instead, I declined because I paid to drive the fiat, as the tour suggests, not be driven. Once I left I called Viator requesting a refund, 2 days later they responded saying the tour operator are denying the refund because they said I should’ve known it was a manual car and the tour offered to drive us instead. Again, I paid to drive the car not be driven. So just posting this for awareness so you don’t make the same mistake I made.
Dear Travaller, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. Firstly, our tour is designed for up to three guests per vehicle, which follows our standard operating model. Regarding the transmission – the tour is conducted using a classic Fiat 126p, a 50-year-old retro vehicle. This model was never produced with an automatic transmission. Manual gearbox is the historical and mechanical standard for this car, which is part of the authentic vintage driving experience we offer. On the day of the tour, our guide arrived at the scheduled location and the tour was ready to proceed as planned. When informed that you had never driven a manual car, the guide offered to drive you himself so that you could still enjoy the tour experience. Unfortunately, this offer was declined. As the service was fully prepared, the guide was present and assigned, and an alternative solution was offered on the spot, we were unable to approve the refund request submitted via Viator. We understand that driving a manual vehicle may not be common for everyone, however we are not responsible for guests not verifying this detail in advance. We are always happy to answer questions prior to booking. We appreciate your feedback and will review our listing on Tripadvisor to see if additional clarification regarding the transmission type would help avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. Guide was so great, nice and relaxed, well explained everything and we really had fun together, experience: back to years '80. Great. Great.

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed our trip. Thank you and we hope to see you again :)
I had a great pleasure to take part in Self-Drive Warsaw Tour - Undiscovered Warsaw with our guide, Agata, and I must say - it has been a great experience. Driving the classic Polish car - Maluch was exteremely great fun, and also an unforgettable experience. The sightseeing route Agata prepared was original and full of surprises. We visited some fascinating spots with rich history. Agata created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, shared lots of interesting facts, and was clearly very well prepared as a guide. To sum up, the tour was excellent and very enjoyable - starting with the fun of driving a vintage car to discovering lesser-known areas of Warsaw. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and colleagues!
An excellent tour in the legendary Fiat 126p - better known as the Maluch. Although the only available tour was in English, our fantastic guide, Agata, switched to Polish once she learned we were bilingual. Having grown up in Warsaw, we thought we knew the city well, but she took us to places we had never visited and even some we didn’t know existed. Driving the little Maluch added a whole new dimension to the experience. I grew up driving stick shift, but after years of automatic transmissions and much larger cars, getting behind the wheel of this tiny “powerhouse” was an absolute blast. All in all, I highly recommend both the company and this tour - it was fun on so many levels. While we politely declined the traditional vodka shot Agata offered at the end, for others it might be the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable ride.
We had a lot of fun on the tour and saw many parts of Warsaw that we would otherwise never have visited. A beautiful piece of history was shared with us by the guide Agata, and she was very enthusiastic in her storytelling. We recommend everyone to book this tour if you want to discover Warsaw beyond the usual touristic attractions.
If you want to see anything other than the traditional sights is this tour. Drive a cool retro Fiat through several neighborhoods with a super guide. We had Klaus, who was good at communicating, and had good knowledge of the city. Recommended for adults.
This tour is great for getting a general opinion about Warsaw from behind the wheel of an adorable 2 cylinder little Polish made car. It was for sure one of the highlights of my stay. In terms of itinerary, we got to see some less known places as well thanks to the flexibility of our very experienced guide - Konrad. If you are coming to Warsaw, book this tour and ask for him.
