POR FAVOR, NO SUSPENDAN LAS AUDIENCIAS EN JULIO. Reserva tus entradas dentro de los sectores designados para la Audiencia Papal semanal. Ahorre tiempo al tener las entradas entregadas ante el público y aproveche nuestra asistencia del personal antes del evento. Tenga en cuenta que no hay asientos numerados en la Audiencia Papal y que los asientos se toman por orden de llegada.

Itinerario
Los viajeros tendrán acceso a los sectores sentados dentro de la Plaza de San Pedro y participarán en la Audiencia General con el Papa León XIV. Los boletos reservados previamente que permiten el acceso a los sectores de asientos se entregarán por servicio de mensajería al hotel y se dejarán con recepción a nombre de los huéspedes 2 días antes del evento. Para los huéspedes que se alojen en un apartamento sin entradas de recepción se dejará en nuestra oficina a 5 minutos a pie de la Plaza de San Pedro

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Para los clientes que elijan llegar al Vaticano por su cuenta, los billetes se entregarán a las 08:00 horas en un lugar a 300 metros del Vaticano. Reúnase con nuestro personal afuera de la entrada del hotel Palazzo Cardinal Cesi, Via della Conciliazione 51, a pocos pasos de la Plaza de San Pedro.

The Pope was out of the country. I should have been notified there wouldn’t be an audience. I showed up early to find this out. Very disappointed

You do not need to buy tickets to the Papal Audience - BUT - so glad we did this!! Our guide Sylvia got us amazing seats, explained the process to us and helped us figure out our day!!

untill last minutes, we didnt get any clear confirmation on the person in charge in Rome to send the tickets and pick-up in the hotel
Ralph was amazing! He arrived at our hotel early to pick us up and was extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of how to get the best spot and shortest lines for the papal audience. He had a vast knowledge of the history of Rome and was extremely affable. I would recommend him to everyone! Thank you for making this such an amazing experience for my family!
Seem to be a bit confusing to meet the guide just to get tickets. When we could’ve waited in line and been in the plaza earlier. We understood that no ticket was required so we paid basically for a ticket and to wait in line. My experience with Viator has been excellent over the years, but this one was a little disappointing, although exciting to see the pope.
They sell the visit as a private visit with the pop and few people. Well it’s not. You have to make the long lines to enter while being pushed around by the massive crowds. If it rains you get soaked because the audience it’s outside.
Super perfect. This is the way to do it. Everything about it was great. Appreciate the speed and ease.
There were three groups of us waiting for our guide and tickets. One group was told 715, another 730 and we were told 745. All three groups were at the correct spot by 730. Our guide did not arrive until 838. While we waited, thousands of people entered. We would up way in the back and would have been much closer to the front if our guide and tickets had arrived by 745 as we were told.
I was at the meeting point for 45 minutes and no one showed up. I went to see if my ticket was with the Swiss army and they said no.

We had both posted information on your Viator account as well sent message to you phone with information that due to Papal celebrations in St Peter's the service was suspended on that day and we offered the same service the following day or any other day suitable.
