We had a lovely time on this Torino tour! Wonderful sights and tastes, and our guides were fantastic. Beautiful city, a must see!
Thank you, you are very kind we are happy to know that the tour was to your liking and we hope to see you again
This tour was not worth 151.90 euro for chocolate. The tour operator advertised the tour for 4 hours and sent me messages indicating that he would meet me on the day of the tour. When I arrived at the departure point he had arranged a replacement guide that advised me the tour would be 2 hours and if I would like to see anything other than chocolate. After complaining that the tour was advertised for 4 hours and the high cost for the tour, the replacement guide called the tour operator and they agreed I would have a 3 hour tour. It was also suggested that I might like to have a city tour in addition to chocolate. I did agree to this. The replacement guide was absolutely fantastic and provided an excellent historic tour of Turin however the majority of the tour was of the city and there was limited information about chocolate. At the end of the tour we also only visited 1 chocolate store. At the end of the tour I contacted the original tour operator that messaged me to voice my concerns and did not receive a response. When I booked this tour there were other chocolate tours advertised for 1/2 the price of this one with tastings. I regret not signing up for one of those instead.
Mrs. Michele had a hostile attitude from the beginning because she thought the cost of the tour was too expensive but it is not true. List below our costs : tour guide worked 3.5 hours (from 9.30 to 13.00) 100 euro + VAT 22% = € 122, box of chocolates € 10 I attach the receipt, coffee break € 8 . The total costs for the agency is € 140 , it does not seem to me a high value for money, tailor-made tours for 1 person obviously have a higher price. Last clarification our agency avails itself of the collaboration of professional tourist guides and not of people who replace other people. However, the focus of the tour is the visit of the beautiful historic center of Turin, chocolate tastings are just details.
we took a beautiful tour in the center of Turin visiting the excellence of Turin pastry shops is a tour that I recommend to all tourists
Thank you I'm happy and honored that the chocolate tour was to your liking
