The driver was nice he could’ve spoke louder. We traveled through Central Park and we thought we were going to other places.
Had a pedicab ride scheduled and my young daughter became ill the day of the activity. I called their customer service line to inform them and the agent ask me if she was in urgent care to which I replied no. She then sent the request to her management team. After 6 hours they came back with the same answer and told me that they couldn't do anything for me. In other word: Ypu are better of canceling the day before or they will take your money regardless. No other options to reschedule or change dates were provided. Unfortunately we won't be booking thtough this site again.
Very relaxing and informative way to see Central Park. Saves your feet and legs from having to walk the entire park to see everything.
Very poor guide. Couldn’t hear him most of the time. Skipped several stops supposedly included. Do not recommend. Felt like the tour was nothing but a “box check” that he couldn’t wait to get done. Drop off was rude.

Our tour director and driver Tim was awesome. He was polite and courteous and willing to provide us with his knowledge of the park and NYC. We enjoyed our ride and experience and would definitely recommend using this company.

Our experience with the pedicab was amazing. Our guide Joseph was very good and he had lots to share with us about the history and neat things from movies. He was great. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Farouk & Dil we’re both brilliant guides. We made lots of stops for photos along the way & Farouk gave lots of info about old Central Park & present day. Lots of areas where films were made got pointed out to us and it was really interesting. Highly recommended, a great tour & a great way to rest aching feet
