Our gudie was very good with knowledge of Washington. Very safe and easy to control. If you are interested in monuments and war remeberance statues, you will like it. USA is a very your country so most of the buildings are less than 250 years old and they have been refurbished or repaired.
Went with another couple. Had a great time. Way better to get around than walking. Probably would not have been able to all this in one day unless by car. They took us by most popular spots. I like that they had bag on front to put purse and water bottle. It was hot and definitely needed to bring water. They offered water for $2 which is super cheap. Will was a great guide, had a great day with him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, nice, and glad he helped us. Loved riding the Segway. I was the only one out of group that's ever done it before but they provided great instructions and nobody had an issue. Definitely would recommend capital Segway for a different experience
Our tour guide Kyle was very friendly and patient. He was able to weave us all safely and efficiently around all of the construction. He delivered a very informative and enjoyable experience. Highly Recommend!
It was a really fun experience and even though I have lived in the area for years, a learned a lot of new things about DC! The tour guide was friendly, informative and funny! I was surprised at how easy it was to ride the Segway too as that was my first time on one!
This is our second time doing this tour but in the evening this time. A fabulous tour with some great memories made. John was a great tour guide. Next time we want to go faster though 🤣 loved seeing the monuments at night.
Great way to learn about the city. So much fun. We stopped as a few spots and were given a lot of info about everything.
This was an amazing experience. Jon did an amazing job teaching us how to properly use the Segway‘s and giving us confidence that we could operate on our own owns. The tour itself was amazing as well. John had us laughing and gave us so much information about each thing that we were seeing. I would highly recommend this to her to anyone who does not have all the time to walk to each location.
It would be great if the tour included the African American Museum as part of a point of reference. It was disheartening to ride past this important historical museum without the Tour Guide not mentioning it but mentioned the other museums we went past. Very disappointing but the tour was very nice and fun!!
I had a great time. The staff did a wonderful job in training me and my friend on how to operate the Segway. John, my tour guide, was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the history of all the memorial sites while insuring the safety of all the members in attendance. I was especially pleased with John’s eye for details. He complimented people as we passed them causing many to smile as we rode through the city. Overall had a terrific experience and I would definitely recommend your service to anyone who wants to tour Washington, DC.
Perfect, great time!! Very knowledgeable!
