We had an excellent walking tour with Su. She was friendly, engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the experience feel personal to our interests. She never rushed us, answered all of our questions, and thoughtfully adapted the tour for one member of our group recovering from a knee injury. Su took us to places we would never have found on our own and even introduced us to delicious Korean salt bread! She couldn’t have been more helpful, and the tour was one of the highlights of our time in Seoul. Highly recommended!

2 hour tour timing was shifted on us twice. Guide could speak almost no English and provided very little useful information. In addition, the guide had to end the tour 30 minutes early to get us into the secret garden, which could have been accounted for in our tour start time.

Excellent tour and guide, Héctor is a spectacular guide, he has a lot of knowledge about history and gastronomy, he took us to see many very interesting places, as well as offered to take us to eat at a typical Korean place, thank you very much Héctor

Walking Seoul tour with Jose was a excellent experience. My wife and I were able to experience Seoul like a local. Jose is very knowledgeable and took us to the best spots in the city. We will be back for sure

Kim (Sungwhan) was allocated to us by Viator, or maybe another agency - unknown. Kim is a very nice man, helpful, affable and did take us to all of Seoul's special spots which we wouldn't have been able to go to on our own in such a short period of time. We literally sprinted across the sights, because he's very light on his feet and we really had to keep up with him. Having said that, he really managed to weave us in and out of the very crowded alleyways, points of interest etc, which we couldn't have done ourselves. He was also very patient with photos, as there was a lot to see, and even took a few for us himself! If there's one thing that could be improved on was his proficiency in English. I think we would have been able to get a lot more out of the tour in terms of historical context and specific information than we did. Having said that I think he managed well and definitely organised our morning well and gave us a very good introduction to Seoul.

It was great meeting Geri. She helped us with all our questions and adapted to our preferences. It was a shame the temple was closed and we couldn't see the changing of the guard. She asks about your preferences and answers all your questions. We hope to see her again if we return to Seoul! We're very happy with her!!

Nico was fantastic! Very very accommodating and knowledgeable. He took my daughter and I to places off the beaten path including a ferry ride for our sore feet! He took the time to review and suggest a great private tour!!

We booked a private tour of Seoul. Our tour guide Su was very competent. She told a lot of interesting things about Seoul and the sights she visited. In addition, she has led us to places we would not have found ourselves. She was very personable and funny. We had a great time together. We can highly recommend this tour with Su.

We had an amazing introduction to Seoul on a nice winter day. It was Soellal Korean Lunar New year holiday and it meant that everyone at the palace was in hanbok and special events were occurring. Seeing the city and learning history and culture with her so so fun. She helped us get hanbok and knew all the best places to take photos. I would highly recommend. We were able to take on the city educated and prepared for the rest of our stay
