Our bike taxi did not show up. We were at the designated site 10-15 early. Waited until half past the hour and left. Very disappointed, tried contacting Viator through their chat, no response.

We had an overnight layover in Geneva and wanted a quick way to see the main sights. This was perfect! Our flight was delayed getting in and the lines through immigration were very long. I was afraid we would be late for our tour so I messaged them to see if it was possible to meet at our hotel instead of the designated meeting spot. It was no problem and SO appreciated! The taxibike was comfortable and they provided blankets, which was nice since it was chilly. We saw all the main sights and were able to ask lots of questions! It was perfect for the limited time we had in Geneva. We also wanted to sample some chocolate and our driver dropped us off at the shop that our flight attendant (who lived in Geneva) recommended. It was a packed hour and we saw a lot!
Great discovery of Geneva and its light festival (Geneva Lux). We learned more about the history of the city, it was very interesting! Great atmosphere with the driver. I highly recommend :)

The driver was extremely helpful and very supportive! He was very knowledgeable about the monumental areas and even went the extra mile to help me save some money, by literally helping me navigate through the tram transport system!
