La Basílica de San Juan de Letrán es la catedral de Roma y la más antigua de las cuatro basílicas papales. Fundada en el siglo IV por el emperador Constantino, fue reconstruida tras un incendio en 1823, conservando el grandioso estilo paleocristiano. El interior presenta una vasta nave con imponentes columnatas y espléndidos mosaicos absidales. Una característica especial de la basílica es la serie de medallones con retratos de todos los papas, desde San Pedro hasta el actual pontífice. Es un lugar de gran espiritualidad y un lugar de peregrinación.

Max, our driver, and Michaela, our guide were absolutely wonderful! Michaela is very knowledgeable and explains the history in a relatable way. Perfecto!! Dina was hands down one of the best tour guides and Roberto was an excellent driver. I am still trying for figure out words for just how wonderful this experience was. If you want to see Christianity beginnings then you MUST take this tour. I will definitely bring my family back and take this tour again!!

My husband and I had a wonderful and memorable tour of all four Basilicas in Rome. Dina and Stefano gave us a private tour and worked very well together. My husband and I wanted to concentrate on more of a faith based tour and we certainly received it by being able to attend mass, receive holy communion and pray as much as we wanted at each church. Dina was extremely professional and very flexible and cater to our interests. She also gave us a very in-depth history of each Basilica and the detailed background of the churches.
