Las horas de recogida programadas que se anuncian en Viator son las horas de recogida aproximadas, pero no las horas exactas. Se le enviará la hora exacta de recogida después de que se compre el tour comprado y también un día antes de su tour. Usamos SUV de lujo para 6 pasajeros en cada recorrido por la presa Hoover con no más de 3 hoteles para recoger por SUV, por lo que su tiempo de recogida no será más de 20 minutos de los horarios anunciados.

We booked and paid for a Hoover Dam tour with Vegas To Hollywood Tourz LLC on June 2, 2026, for a scheduled tour date of July 5, 2026. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at noon. The day before the tour, we tried contacting the company by phone, text, and email to confirm the details, but received no response. We tried again on the day of the tour and still received no response. Noon came and went, and no one ever showed up to pick us up. The only communication we ever received from this company was the original email confirmation after we booked and paid for the tour. No follow-up, no response to any of our attempts to contact them, and no one showed up for the tour. We planned our day around this tour and paid for it more than a month in advance. Being completely ignored and left waiting at our hotel with no explanation is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking with this company.

We are surprised to see this review, as our records indicate that we did respond to your messages and sent out the necessary notifications prior to your tour date. If there was a technical glitch, or if our messages or emails were missed or redirected to a spam folder. We never intend to leave our guests waiting.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This tour operator didn’t bother to notify us and just completely no showed on us for our Hoover Dam Tour by Luxury SUV reservation . We were sitting outside our hotel lobby, at the scheduled pick up time, waiting with absolutely zero communication from this company that they intended to not pick us up. Other than the order confirmation that I received at the time of booking, Vegas to Hollywood Tourz LLC made no other communication attempts in the days leading up to my reservation. Because of the lack of communication as our reservation neared, I began to make calls, sent text messages and email attempts to confirm our pickup details for the tour. Don’t let this company ruin your vacation plans. Our tour was fully paid for over a month in advance and we were completed ghosted!!! Cancelled tour due to lack of guests. Offered upgrade for additional $100. Unable to pay on site. Then pick changed from hotel to one a mile away. Unacceptable.

To confirm, the reservation was not canceled by our team; rather, it was canceled by you seven hours prior to the tour due to your full day of travel. In an effort to accommodate you, we offered an upgrade so we could still run the tour for a private tour for ypur group for a $100 total , which you accepted and happy to be upgraded, but understandably declined due to the other reason you mentioned and we completely respect that decision. Regarding the pickup location, Vdara is not a mile away from Aria. Because Aria is a large property with multiple confusing pickup points, we direct all Aria guests to the Vdara rideshare area, which is located just to the right of the Aria main valet. We utilize this specific spot because it provides a much smoother, quicker, and more efficient pickup experience for our guests. We appreciate your time and wish you the best in your future travels. Excellent guide Sammy. He narrated the entire tour drive from Las Vegas to Hoover Dam pointing out many points of interest we would’ve missed on our own. And he is very knowledgeable in the history of the dam and all the surrounding landscapes. Absolutely wonderful guide. Very friendly and accommodating. I give him five stars plus.

I booked this tour early February for an April 1 tour. I attempted to contact the company the day before to confirm our tour. Each time I attempted to contact the company, it went to straight to voicemail. I left a message with a request to return my call. No call was returned. The next day we waited outside our hotel at the designated meeting point. No one ever showed up. I finally emailed the company and they replied saying they had sent me an email the day before stating the tour had been cancelled. I never received the email. I asked them to forward me a copy of the email for a time stamp, but never received one. Very unprofessional and really put a damper on our trip! Would not recommend!
Hi Yvonne, Your review is highly valued and much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cancel your tour because the power plant tour was temporarily closed to the public for maintenance purposes. They notified us the day before which is why we notified you the day before your tour and issued you a full refund. Sometimes our emails are foreign the often go to Spam folders by default so if you dont check your spam folder then you may have not received our email. At times, maintance issues do occurr at the Dam that cause last minute camcellations and we truly apologize for your inconvenience. It’s a good way to see something off the strip but still have half a day for something else. Everything there is worth seeing. Daniel was a great guide and he even showed us a couple “extras” there and back.
