Eric contacted me once to get the ships itinerary, time we wanted to leave, participant's food allergies, etc. I responded quickly with the requested information and let him know that we did not book a buggy, but air-conditioned transportation. After a day or two pass, not hearing from Eric, I sent another message asking him to confirm receipt of the transportation correction and pick up time. Eric never responded. I reached out to Viator the day before the tour to see if they could confirm our plans. Viator sent a message to Eric at Persistent Travel. On the day of the tour, we were unable to find Eric at the appointed time and place. I contacted Viator again and they tried calling Eric, but got no answer. Tour assistants at the port also tried to contact Eric. After 50 minutes of searching for Eric, the Port assistant was able to get a response. Eric apologized saying that his phone was on silent. He told us that he owned Persistent Travel and another company and was having a hard time finding good help. He then found another driver and told us that the other driver would take care of us. The other driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After a couple of hours, we asked for water, which was included in the price of our tour, but the tour guide was unaware of the water. I showed him the details of our tour. He contacted Eric and told us that Eric basically blew him off. He said that he would provide the water, but never did. However, he did provide fried conch as specified in the tour details. Finally, because it was getting late, we were not able to make a beach stop as was indicated in our tour details. Also the tour guide skipped two (2) other stops which were supposed to be included. All in all, the tour was educational. But due to the lack of communication, lack of water on an extremely hot day, riding in an old van with torn seats and subpar air-conditioning, the tour was uncomfortable and stressful.

Sweet potato fries would have been just awesome WITHOUT THE SPRINKLED GRANULATED SUGAR ON TOP!!!! smh. NOT a health conscious establishment.

My experience was amazing from booking until the end of our tour. I was contacted by email with instructions before the tour begun. Contacted the day of to ensure I got those directions once we docked. Our Tour guide Flo was absolutely amazing! Very informative, patient and knowledgeable of his country!

We had Flo as our tour guide he so knowledgeable about Nassau. He took us on a custom tour of what everyone in our party could see what was interesting to them. He was on time to pick us up and had us back to the boat in time to look at the stores around the port. His bus was clean and very roomy. I highly recommend going on this Island tour.

There was 8 family members taking this tour, when we arrived at the port there was no one to meet us. After we called the phone number we had, the owner showed up and arranged for a taxi driver to take us on this tour. We paid for a tour not just a taxi ride.

Eric is an amazing person and makes sure he gives you the full adventure when visiting Nassau Bahamas. His driver Gerard was very knowledgeable and showed us the whole city in 2.5 hours. He was always on time, he went above and beyond for my friends and a family from equador. We kept our bags in the trunk of the vehicle while we saw the sights and saved us money throughout the adventure. One Tip.....if you are thirsty wait until you get to the rum cake factory. Drinks are 1.00 there!!!! We went to the chocolate factory and right next door they make Cuban cigars, wine tasting, one of the beaches, Atlantis, the rum cake factory, the Queens stairs, the water tower and more.

We had a great time touring Nassau with a few stops where we were able to snack, do some wine tasting, go to the beach and take lovely pictures. The driver was very nice and good at retrieving the members of the group who were late.

Eric was awesome! Very personable! Gerard was the one who actually drove us around. The tour was fantastic! We had such a great time! We were approached by many people but Eric was the one who stood out the most and we are happy we went with him! I took my friend and three of my kids! Definitely a 10/10!

Stopped at the Bush Gardens Restaurant. Really good food with generous proportions. We had conch salad, grilled grouper steaks. Service was excellent.

Vehicle was not like the one in the advertisement nor in this review. It was an old nasty van and was very hot when we first got in, but it did cool off. The tour I had with Big Momma last time was much better and much more informative. My fish fry cost me another $125 dollars and I thought that was included. We received no refreshments, bottle water or anything to drink. We basically only went to four places: Atlantis, Queen Stair Case, Rum cake factory, a beach and where we were taken to eat which by the way took way over an hour.
