Nadie duda en considerar a Pokhara como un paraíso natural de Nepal. Pokhara es el hogar de lagos serenos, cuevas históricas y sagradas y fascinantes caídas de agua natural. The Lakeside of Pokhara es bastante prístino, con hoteles de estrellas y modernos restaurantes que los turistas pueden disfrutar caminando y tener los platos que te gustan. Paseos en bote, relajación, yoga, meditación, spa y masajes, las increíbles vistas de las montañas incluyen el macizo Annapurna y Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) son las principales atracciones de Pokhara. Se encuentra en el centro del antiguo bazar religioso. Está dedicado a la diosa Bhagwati, otra manifestación más de Shakti (Poder). Usted tendrá una vista increíble de la gama Annapurna.
Localmente conocido como Patale Chhango y en el flanco sur del valle de Pokhara, es donde la corriente que fluye desde el lago Fewa colapsa y se precipita por la roca hacia una profunda garganta, saltando a través de varios baches.
La venerada cueva Gupteshwor está situada a 2 km del aeropuerto de Pokhara. La entrada está justo enfrente de la caída de Devi y la cueva tiene casi 3 km de largo. Tiene algunas habitaciones grandes del tamaño de un pasillo y algunos pasajes donde tienes que arrastrarte por las cuatro. Esta cueva tiene un valor especial para los hindúes ya que aquí se conserva un símbolo fálico del Señor Shiva en la condición en que se descubrió.
Situado a una altitud de 800 m sobre el nivel del mar, es el segundo lago más grande del reino. Con el templo de la isla Barahi en medio del lago, es el monumento religioso más importante de Pokhara. Construida casi en medio del lago Phewa, esta pagoda de dos pisos está dedicada a la fuerza femenina Shakti. El reflejo del monte. Machhapuchhare y Annapurna se pueden ver en su agua serena. Bosque espeso se encuentra en las laderas sur adyacentes del lago.
Tallado por Seti-Gandaki es una de las maravillas naturales de Pokhara. K.I. El puente Singh en Bagar, Mahendrapool y Prithivi Highway Bridge, cerca del parque de autobuses, ofrece una vista perfecta de la terrible carrera del río y el profundo desfiladero hecho por el turbulento flujo de aguas blancas.
