Great start to our stay in Rome, learning about the local food and area. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and everyone was so friendly at each of the stops!
Alessandra was our tour guide and she might have been the best tour guide we have ever had and we have done many excursions and tours over the years. Wow! Knowledge of Rome and Italy were fantastic, but also just how she made teenagers also feel on the tour was best in class. There are not enough nice things to say about this tour and the food was perfect to try many different items.
Alisandra was our guide. We found her very friendly and super fun. She is very passionate about food and Rome. Length of time was perfect. Experiencing the street food as locals do and knowing where to get the good authentic street food was awesome. É Bona!
Giovanni was our guide and he was AMAZING!!!! I would recommend this tour to anyone. It was more than amazing food it was a dive into culture and history! Simply fabulous.
What a fantastic experience. Myself, husband, sister and our 3 year old son were taken on this tour by Giancarlo and what an experience. We have had food tours in Italy before but this was by far the best. The food was amazing, the stops were educational but what made this tour stand out was the customer service. Giancarlo was not put off having a 3 year old on the tour and was his best friend by the time we had our Gelato! It wasn’t all about our son either, I told Giancarlo that I had just completed a history and classics degree and he went out of his way to make sure I got my fill off history as well as food. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience and for allowing this history loving foodie to experience the best of both worlds! Grazie Mille, from Sharon, Graeme, Kirsty and Arran!
Anna was a very friendly and informative guide. The food was delicious and filling. My son and I enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it.
The portions were full size and everything was delicious!! We also got a history tour along with the food! Our tour guide was so kind and genuinely connected with our group!
We just finished a food tour in Rome with Lily, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Lily was absolutely fantastic friendly, informative, engaging, and full of positive energy. From the moment we met her, she made us feel welcome and helped us experience Rome like a local. One of my favorite parts of the tour was visiting the Jewish Ghetto and trying authentic fried artichokes. Along the way, we enjoyed a succulent pork sandwich, pizza prepared three different ways, delicious supplì, organic gelato, and wonderful wine. Every stop offered something unique, and Lily did an excellent job explaining the history, culture, and traditions behind the food. What truly made the experience special was Lily herself. She has a warm, beautiful personality and a genuine passion for sharing Rome with her guests. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and sense of humor made every part of the tour enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome, and if you’re lucky enough to have Lily as your guide, you’re in for a wonderful experience. Thank you, Lily, for an unforgettable evening filled with amazing food, great conversation, and lasting memories! Much Love! Yolanda D.
