Tiny Table Tours fue fundada por un conocido periodista gastronómico local, y esas relaciones están en el centro de nuestros tours. Compartimos historias recopiladas de entrevistas individuales con dueños de negocios y chefs que le darán una visión personal detrás de escena del sur de Filadelfia. Nuestros guías turísticos están profundamente inmersos en la escena gastronómica de Filadelfia, brindándole una experiencia profundamente personal. El tour incluye seis bocados de comida, incluyendo golosinas dulces, un sándwich vietnamita, tacos y más. Hablaremos de (pero no comeremos) filetes de queso, y les presentaremos negocios familiares multigeneracionales. También compartiremos nuestra hoja de trucos : una lista de recomendaciones para bares, restaurantes, y otras actividades divertidas en la ciudad. En general, caminaremos alrededor de 1 milla en el transcurso de 2.5 horas, así que por favor venga preparado. Podemos acomodar fácilmente vegetarianos y pescatarios con antelación. Columbus Square Park es un lugar de reunión vecinal en el barrio Passyunk en el sur de Filadelfia. Nos reuniremos y reuniremos al grupo, luego visitaremos una panadería, hablaremos sobre la historia oculta de la invención del filete de queso de Filadelfia, discutiremos la cultura del arte público de Filadelfia y conoceremos una parte menos conocida del sur de Filadelfia.
Alguna vez hogar de almacenes industriales, Washington Avenue se ha convertido en una línea divisoria para la ciudad y alberga algunos de nuestros restaurantes favoritos de la ciudad. We had a fantastic tour of South Philly food scene with Jackie. She was so great on the history of the area along with each place we stopped at. We loved each stop and also given some free time around the Italian Market. Jackie was so knowlegable about the history of the immigrants moving into the area from Italy and the Eastern European countries. and also how they came to the United States to make a differnce for themselves and start these new business. So many fmily business that have veen around for many generatios. I highly reccomend this food tour, especially if you are new to Philadelphia. Thank you Jackie

Jackie was our guide, and she was great! I had been on another South Phila. Food Tour, but this tour went to different places- we tasted Vietnamese food, Mexican food, Jewish specialties, wine, Mighty Bread, and even an Isgrow Canolli! Everything was delicious, and it was fun learning the history behind the Italian Market. I highly recommend it for a fun and delicious time!

This was one of my favorite tours I’ve ever done. Tour guide was super educational but also made the group feel cohesive. The food was delicious and I love that they gave out an additional guide to Philly restaurant at the end. The price felt very fair! Group was small, which I also liked.

Thanks so much! One of my favorite parts of the tour is the restaurant where we stop halfway through, where guests can relax, hydrate, and even have a cocktail if they want!
