En el corazón de este pintoresco destino se encuentra la Catedral de Salisbury, también conocida como la Iglesia Catedral de la Santísima Virgen María. De nuevo en el autobús, nos dirigimos a lo largo de la Costa Jurásica en Dorset hacia nuestro próximo destino... uno que te ha estado esperando durante millones de años. El arco de piedra conocido como Durdle Door podría ser uno de los más famosos del mundo. Con su propia playa hermosa y vistas impresionantes al mar, este lugar realmente se lleva la palma en cuanto a "impresionante". really amazing tour. guide was super informative and friendly. he did lots of accents which were fun to listen to since we were in the car a while and had some good music choices. admission fees for cathedral or abbey not included but plenty of time to get if you want them. lots of time in salisbury to see cathedral, streets, and the national trust building if you want. jurassic coast we had lots of time! guide recommended not walking down to beach at durdle door due to length of time but if you are reasonably active you can make it down and back before meeting time. wish were were in glastonbury slightly earlier than we were since a lot of the shops were closed by the time we got there but really it was cool to look at what was open and available. guide was super friendly and dropped off some of my tour group early if they requested. he had some great information as we drove and also for things to do in bath. bus was a little uncomfortable with the seats being really hard and kinda tight but really not a big deal or bother. highly recommend going on this tour!
Alex was great as a knowledgeable local guide driver. Funny and on top of the local scene He handlers reversing the drive to suit unexpected sceduals
This tour was amazing! Our tour guide, Tom, had SOOO much knowledge of history and the area, and was so fun to listen to. We learned so much along the way, and it helped pass the time on the drive so well. The weather wasn't perfect, but he adjusted the tour around that to help provide options where we could stay a bit dryer if we wished. Would happily go on this experience again! Thanks for a lovely day!
Enjoyed the trip, especially Salisbury Cathedral.
This was a very long day with long drives between destinations. The stop in Glastonbury was late in the day with shops closing. Glastonbury is definetly not for everyone, could be removed from the tour.
Alex and Iggy made this tour such a blast with their humor and knowledge. As an historian myself, I was super impressed with how in-depth the facts were (I learned so much!) and how they truly knew a lot about everything and anything, really. Along the way to each location, they provided us with a balance of great music and stories to make the drive enjoyable. Each stop was lovely— easily navigable, lots to see, and plenty of food/drink choices. This tour shows you such a beautiful side of England and I highly encourage using this company to view it!
We had an excellent day with our tour guides Iggy & Alex on the Salisbury & Jurassic Coast tour from Bath. They were friendly, informative & fun! We recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bath EN who wants to take in other sites in the area.
This tour brings you to 3 areas of interest . At each point, you can chose which things interest you most. If you have seen Salisbury Cathedral, you may go to Salisbury museum or shop in the village instead. I did a lot of walking so was glad I wore my hiking boot. You will not be sitting on the bus all day! There's 1-3 hours spent at each stop, returning to Bath at 1900. Our group had 10 partipants so it was the perfect size. Tour guides were informative and entertaining.. I saw things I would not otherwise had the opportunity to experience. Great day!

The Jurassic coast was beautiful. Barney, our guide was excellent! He was knowledgeable and entertaining. He made sure he knew all our names and stayed engaged with all of us throughout the tour.
