We had an amazing time on our excursion. Andrea was knowledgeable and very friendly in a sincere way, we really learned a lot. Highly recommend this boat tour
Andrea was an excellent guide. I had expected the Riva boat to be the highlight. It is probably worth the extra cost if you can afford it. But a kind and knowledgeable guide like Andrea was the best bit for my family.
A very well reviewed visit an excellent welcome I recommend 100% we took a lot of pleasure and the bottle of prosecco was welcome
Luca met us at our hotel and escorted us to the gorgeous Riva boat, which is unique in Venice and truly beautiful. Seeing the lagoon and islands from our own boat, at our own pace and according to our interests, was wonderful. I loved seeing the glass demonstrations on Murano and exploring the showrooms full of gorgeous pieces - like a museum! On Burano, we had the best meal of our trip at Al Gatto Nero, thanks to Luca's recommendations for his favorite dishes. On the ride back to Venice at the end of the day, we relaxed on the Riva's sunbed and watched the scenery and boats go by - such a luxury. To top it off, Luca went above and beyond in helping me with a purchase from Burano the day after our tour, delivering it to our hotel. I can't recommend Shome Venice enough, and especially the Riva tour if you're looking for a really special, personalized, and memorable experience.
The best boat tour of our trip! The boat was simply incredible! We discovered the gems of the islands having fun and enjoying very good wine! The driver is a very nice and knowledgeable person! He took us to the best places off the beaten path, and he was able to organize for us an exclusive visit to the oldest glass factory of Murano!
What a perfect Murano/Burano experience! Luca is so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He is from one of the last original glass blowing families in Venice and brings a wealth of knowledge. He arranged top of the line access to the best glass and lace artists. The boats were dreamy!
This was an amazing experience on a beautiful boat!! Worth it, 100%! There is no better way to see all that Venice has to offer along with its other islands without going out into the Lagoon. This experience was the highlight of our Venice trip, there is nothing like a Riva and these beautiful Italian islands!! Perfecto!!!
We had a great experience, visiting Islands that we probably wouldn’t have went to on our own. We saw how the glass is blown first hand on Murano and its wonderful history. We then went to Burano where lace was invented. The fishing town was so beautiful, we decided to have lunch. It was amazing. Thanks Lucca for being such an awesome guide, we will always remember Venice because of you.
My wife and I booked this tour and had a wonderful day! It all started with a visit to the Venier glassworks furnace, one of the most historic glassworks on the island of Murano, where we met master Luca Vidal and bought one of his pieces (a multicolored centerpiece of rare beauty). Then we continued to the island of Burano, where we had lunch at Gatto Nero, a historic restaurant where we ate the highest quality fish. After lunch we went to see the lace making at La Perla, where we bought tablecloths for our home. Highly recommended!
It was our first time in Venice and choosing to explore the lagoon with the Riva Luxury boat I think it was our best choice! We've seen it all! From the amazing Murano islad where we visited the most famous glass factory and had the exclusive chance to see the literal Maestro blowing the glass in front of us! We also bought a few things over there 😂 What can I say we are spoiled and when you see real Works of Art you have to take your shot! It was a Once in a Lifetime experience! And guess what? They ship everywhere! We also went to Burano and the beauty of that Island amazed all of us! We saw the ladies working the lace, the sweetest people! We bought also some table cloths! Another unforgettable experience with our tour was the aperitif on board of the Riva, BEAUTIFUL!! We felt like celebrities, the Venetian Lifestyle! The driver Thomas was very kind and offered us prosecco, belini and for my kids coke and water... SO GOOD! I really really suggest this tour to everyone! It was a wonderful experience and we had the best time! Having the chance to visit all the islands of the lagoon was amazing. Thanks to everyone we met on this tour and we will do this again for SURE!
